Guys, they decreased missions but increased nodes. My friend got +400k in just a day by collecting nodes on ilum. Try it out.

The tanking for Jedi Guardian seems to be good at 30. You get challenging call (which aggros everyone around you), which is a nice skill to have on your bar. Not sure how it compares to other tanks though.

If you want to level really quickly and skip all the content I'd advise you to skip all the dialogue (by pressing space) and do space missions, but you should probably just enjoy the other stories in the game.

What you do is you use admin for vent/team speak. Right click -> Run as administrator or Right click -> Properties -> Compatibility -> Run this game as an admin -> OK. Should work fine.
