We are coming up on THREE YEARS... Can we please get an update? Or was that a lie?

Why hasn't any word on this been given, after all this time? When can we expect a fix for this bug?

The Security Token I used for FFXI and FFXIV, oerv 10 years ago, is still going strong.

$0.00 None. What so ever. I refuse to support this game any more. I even cancelled my sub. They have proven their inability to make/support a decent game. They don't even deserve my measly few dollars once a month.

You have got to be kidding me... Why don't they just automatically put every one of your characters at lvl50, and start you out at lvl50 with a new character? Hell, throw in a set of fully optimized dreadguard gear while you're at it... pathetic... you really are.

What does it matter if we get 3924523945872395723957832459873459238759238475 new species? Every humanoid model in the game, shares the EXACT SAME skeleton/rig/animation set. You have droids leaning up against the wall like a human. None of the playable races are different in any way, shape or form. Put a helmet on, and you have no idea what they are. It doesn't matter that they add new races. There is no point. Every character is the same. BW has made a cheap, worthless piece of **** and keep trying to call it a game. They are lazy and keep looking to take the fast and easy way out. It never ceases to amaze me how people think this is a good game.

Ignorance is bliss. If you had played any other MMO (the good ones, at least), you'll notice just how pathetically awful this game truly is. All of the "praise" from the players, comes from people just like you: those who have no clue what a good MMO actually is.

Investigation?! This has been going on for months! We have posted about it repeatedly! And you are just now "passing it on for investigation"?!

He was quick to point out that they added 2million new accounts. "ACCOUNTS." Not subscriptions. So, he said that the game is being flooded by people who didn't buy the game. Meaning, BW now has to focus on ways to drain money from these people. Meaning, their focus will be on the cash shop. Plus, he politically avoided the fact that they are still hemorrhaging subscriptions. They don't care about keeping people who are willing/able to support the game. This is pathetic. Why, so the only people left are the ones just like you, how are happy with whatever shiny worthless trinket BW charges you for? This is a HORRIBLE idea! Those who don't think so, pull your heads out of your asses and think! This is just one more example of how BW has proven their complete lack of interest in making a quality game and simply grabbing cash as fast as they can. Cartel Shop rep? REALLY?! Race to 50? Why, so we can sit with merely 5 levels of content and end up complaining because we have even less content? It never ceases to amaze me just how blind and flat-out stupid you people can be.

They can't keep staff long enough. I've seen 2-3 lead writers, 2-3 senior directors, etc...

Seriously! Most datacrons are horribly implemented as a half-assed platforming system in a game where platforming is outright trash. The first time wasn't too bad, back when I had no idea how bad it really was. Now, after 5 characters at endgame, Datacrons are NOT fun, at all, in any stretch of the imagination!

Deep in development? It's been almost a year since you released the start of this. See, this is yet one more example of how BW rushes out their content unfinished, untested and without any forethought beyond what new flashy worthless crap they can throw into their cash shop.

I went from a 3k+ repair on a single death to 30k+ on a single death. This is completely outrageous! I understand that if they forgot to factor in enhancements, but to multiply it by 10! Bioware, pull your heads out of your asses! Hire someone who has a clue as to what they are doing!

This! The guy he quoted needs to be dragged out back and shot for his stupidity and blind loyalty. No one ever said they expected this game to be bug-free. We do expect, however, for the dev team to handle their bugs at a reasonable rate. They are making bugs faster than they can keep up. Also, our Known Issues list is currently over 70+ items long, many of which have been around since beta. While it is true that none of them are technically game breaking, this entire situation is simply showing the opposite of what they are saying. They are only fixing the game-breaking bugs, and ignoring the rest. They are simply doing the bare minimum to keep people playing.

You are right, OP. I got the Revan set the day before the patch changed it. They are making mistake after mistake after mistake, and are doing very little to fix it.

No, you didn't. Revan's top still has 2 hoods, one up, and one down. It's still the light grey from after the first patch after its release, not the dark black like its supposed to be.

This is on the long list (70+ items long) of Known Issues. Fortunately, they actually admitted to it being an issue. Unfortunately... they have a list 70+ items long of issues, many of which have been around since beta... I wouldn't hold my breath.

What would I pay for? Well, for starters, I'd pay for a Dev team that can fix bugs. Then, I'd pay for a game that wasn't programmed by a drunk monkey. Third, I'd pay for a game that doesn't need constant PR press releases to keep up appearances. Fourth, I'd pay for a game that doesn't squander all of it's funding on voice acting only to blatantly copy that other game. But, seeing as how SWTOR doesn't apply to any of the above, I won't be paying for it any more. SWTOR doesn't deserve to be paid for.

You are absolutely correct! So many people too blindly loyal to read the writing on the wall. Compared to what SE is doing with the new release of FFXIV: ARR, BW is failing on so many levels. BW keeps saying the exact same thing over and over and over, promising the exact same thing over and over. Sure, the new 50+ content may be their "Top Priority" but so was SGR from before launch, so was the 'super secret' space combat feature, so was a vanity tab, so was chat bubbles, so was fixing bugs. Me and my wife sat down last night and did some research into the development of SWTOR, due to the fact that the game wasn't playing on my new gpu. We found so many fatal flaws on the developmental foundation level. Entire series of bad decisions, followed by the obvious abandonment of any real care for the game. This games does not have the "very bright future" that Jeff Hickman wants you to believe. This whole blog reeks of nothing more than political PR ********.

Wow.... really? Have any of you people who are complaining played MMO's before? This is how it works! Eventually people hit the cap, in level and gear. To keep us playing and interested, they have to add new content. If the content isn't better than what we currently have, then everyone will complain that it's not worth doing. Seriously! Pull your heads out of your ***'s and use it, just once! And you... You're the reason why PvP is a sewage stain on MMO's. First off, BH gear isn't obtained by Daily Coms. Second, BH coms require several people to obtain enough in any timely fashion, unlike PvP. Any brain dead, socially inept retard can spam the PvP que and get WZ coms, even if they loose repeatedly. Third, BH isn't the top tier gear, and hasn't been for a while now.

Yes, we were ignored, and lied to. They said they were doing a lot of things, and that a lot of things were their top priority. But they lied. While I agree with you 100%, you really shouldn't be surprised. They are too busy trying to milk us in the Cartel Shop.
