Ok, so, from what I can tell, is that the "Outlander" faction is going to START at level 60? And it's only going to have a small story much like the Makeb and Rishi expansions. If that's true, do we make a whole new toon, or can our already existing toons become an Outlander? I HOPE I'm completely wrong. I would LOVE to play a whole new faction from lvl 1 and have an entire new storyline. Does anyone know for sure?

wow slow down there boss. i never said get rid of it. My commando loves it. I was just saying I hate knowing that Im getting netted when i see a mando/merc on opposite team when I'm on my sage/sorc. That is all. And lol at sprint away and H2F. There is zero chance that will work since I'm guaranteed to also have the other DPS on said team sitting on me. And pretty sure one of them will think to root me or stun me. Not all toons get Hold The Line.

as i said you have 2 choices as a sage/sorc when you get netted. Eat the net and die, or use your cc break then barrier. 10 seconds latter get stunned and focused down. Now granted this is if you dont have a healer.

yeah no matter what toon I'm playing on I play with and against the same people. Even tho I know some of them have way better ELO and some have way worst. The servers just don't have enough people to make the ELO match making system work

Yeah problem with being netted is you either eat the net and die, or you use your cc break then Barrier to be stun and focused 10 seconds latter. Now if you have a healer then you should be fine, but again very rarely do you have a healer in solo queue.

well in regular arena (not ranked) the team composition is horribad. At least in 8vs8 you can overcome bad team composition. In arenas it is way harder to do. Not saying it cant be done just that its way harder. Personally I dont see the need to have regular queue arenas when they already have solo queue ranked (which has no gear check so anyone can enter). But whatever If I load into an arena that doesn't have equal team composition (aboot 95% of them) I'll just quit and try my luck with the queue again.

Honestly there's no reason to even bring it out at all. The servers just don't have the player base for it. Every server knows who the best teams are. They don't need a rating to show this. Is it really that much worst on sins? As I find Balance/Madness on my Sage/Sorc to be the funnest class.

I live on west coast (Las Vegas) and when I play on East Coast servers my pings average is around 120. When on The Bastion it is around 30. The Bastion seems to be pretty balance faction wise. I do well on both sides. The Bastion Jenna'syyde / Crackroxx Rellik / Syck'syyde

in 100 solo queue rated matches Teams have always had same composition. If my team had a healer (very rare) then their team had a healer. If we had a tank they had a tank. If we had 4dps (way to many times) they had 4dps. Only problem I notice is very few healers seem to queue for solo ranked. In last 30 I did my team had a healer 3 times. Can you please explain to me why these 2 Tier 7 abilities in Balance/Madness Trees are near useless. Metaphysical Alacarity - Increases your physical speed by 50% when Mental Alacarity is active. Isn't the point of mental alacarity to be able to get casts off faster without being interrupted. having this make Project be a guaranteed crit while mental alacarity is up would have been way more useful. Telekinetic Focal Point - Damage dealt by Telekinetic Throw has a [10 / 20]% chance and damage dealt by Disturbance has a [50 / 100]% chance to grant Telekinetic Focal Point, which increases alacrity by 1%. Stacks up to 4 times. Lasts 15 seconds This is only useful when you use Mental Alacarity. I mean only ability I ever cast is my 2 healing abilities and Telekinetic Throw is channeled. The 4% alacarity does almost no difference by itself. It barely effects my force regen rate or the GCD. Maybe this would have been good for Telekinetic Tree since they have tons of hard casts. This would have been way better if it would increase force regen by 1% and having it stack 4 times. Then Balance would actually have a reason to cast Disturbance, as it is now I dont even have Disturbance on any of my toolbars/keybinds. Then you make 2 changes for 2.5 that really will have no effect at all to Sages. first being slightly buff Double Strikes Damage (it says Consular Change, tho everyone knows this is a Shadow buff) The 2nd is making Balance Sage Dots uncleansable. This is so not needed. I mean I have zero issues putting up damage with people being able to cleanse my dots. This to me isn't a buff nor a nerf, just an unneeded change. It will make fights against Telekinetic/Lightning spec Sage/Sorcs easier. But it will also make fights against Balance/Madness Shadows/Assassins more difficult. I will be able to put more damage pressure on Sage/Sorc healers but at the expense of them having to waste GCD using cleanse instead of healing somebody.

you better hope NotoriousCombatDumpNine doesn't see you say the server is weak, I mean he thinks he is actually skilled because he does well on it. Tho everyone knows he got run off a 2nd tier PVP server called Pot5

you cant merge an east coast server with a west coast server. People still actually pay to play this game, and most would not if their ping went up by an average of 100MS

well y'all did have that listen to us or else we quit movement that you tried to get all other servers to sign.

Only way a merger could be done is west coast servers with west coast servers. Get rid of PVE, PVP & RP and just make it 1 west coast server. People would have to flag for OWPVP. You cant force people on a west coast server to be merged with a east coast server. But even a 3rd merger is just a stop gap.

What's the point of attacking someone in the open world if you are just going to run away when you realized you bit off more then you can chew? I mean I never see you run away when you are winning. Take your beaten like a champ and enjoy your free trip to med center. I've seen this on all 7 servers I have played on. I mean big deal if you lose it isn't like you actually lose anything.

I Run Balance on my Sage and in solo rank queue I am 24-6 when my team has a healer, and 5-20 when we don't. Basically I stopped playing her now (except in 8vs8) as it's only fun when we have a healer. Right now I'm finishing up getting my Conqueror gear on my Commando and will start using her in Solo rank queue to see how that goes.

I disagree, premades make regular warzones enjoyable. All i do is solo queue and if I knew that I'd never see another premade on either team I'd quit playing the game.
