I was putting up with/toughing through some of the issues I was having at release (like not being able to read chat dialogue and crappy animations that made the game frustrating)...then a CSR had me do something on the tech. side which made the game unplayable for about 2 and a half weeks, I finally got it fixed (with no help from BW) and then they did a major patch and it messed up gameplay so badly I wasn't able to play for another 2 weeks until this most recent fix. Essentially I haven't really been able to play for a month by no fault of my own irrelevant of downtimes... that's the issue I'm having, not the actual downtime, but the fact that it went from "ok I can bear to play this" to "umm, nope" and essentially lost a month of potential playtime that I paid for.
I would like complete compensation for the entire game (CE and 6months paid), however I simply feel gullible for having purchased it and don't expect a refund, and for that I will never buy another EA/BW game again, ever.
