  1. Only 2 which wasn't so bad. One I'll probably delete and the other I still play on occasionally.
  2. I used to want to do all the bonus content and kill everything. Now...No. I work 8 hours a day M-F and when I get off from work, I just want to knock out a few FP's as many WZs as possible before I have to get ready again. But I'm also non confrontational so I'll either go along with it or on the 145483457th trash pull I bounce.
  3. I only buy packs off the GTN now because of that. I haven't gotten anything I've wanted out of packs except a few crystals and maybe a Rancor once. I usually buy from the GTN when the prices aren't too high.
  4. How I think it will go: Betrayal, but not from Scorpio. This betrayal comes in the form of one of the companions we trust. After all is said and done, Scorpio will go back to being the agent's companions so it's not her. I think depending on your choices, the betrayal will come from Koth, Senya, Lana or Valkorion. My bet is Valkorion. After the betrayal takes place, the Outlander is forced to gather his forces and unit the Empire and Republic for a final push against the Eternal Empire. But Valkorion will likely be left for last ala a new Operation possibly with Arcann at his side. My thinking is Vaylin is killed by the Outlander with the help of Lana, Satele or Darth Marr. Satele dies in that battle so that the Outlander can deliver the killing blow or Marr distracts her with his force ghostliness. Meanwhile, the Outlander's forces including their new allies the Mandalorians are giving it to the Empires Knights and droids. The Outlander will clear a path but that's only to get to the throne room. The rest of the forces seize control of the Eternal Empire and the rest of their assets leading the way for a battle with Vaylin. Victory is all but assured. The rest is up to the Outlander. My Sith Outlander of course will attempt to rule the Eternal Empire while my Jedi Outlander will hand over control to Senya with Lana or Koth as her advisor. Lana sees that the dark side is no longer the way so she decides to use her abilities in other ways or Koth and Senya decide to unit and are set up as puppets while they are integrated into the Empire/Republic. And of course prepare for at least 2 new Operations. One facing Arcann who has escaped while his sister perished and is holed up in a secret location with some Knights and Heralds (mini bosses) . The 2nd op is facing Valkorion himself who of course can do *** he wants because he's Valkorion and his escaping the Outlanders mind means he was planning something big all along. TL;DR We win, we get 2 new ops or one op facing Arcann or Arcann and Valkorion. Betrayer is Valkorion (he's already proven he's a jerk who wants to rule again)
  5. One thing to note is that Vader and to an extent Dooku have never really faced Sith other than the Emperor. Both fought some very powerful Jedi opponents but only Dooku can really be said to have faced a powerful Sith in Darth Sidious. Even Vader never actually had the chance to face Sidious in a heads up duel. He killed him while he was distracted. That being said, no Jedi of that era save for Luke Skywalker, Yoda and Obi-Wan Kenobi faced a Sith opponent and lived. We know that Vader took on many Jedi, most of whom he killed. Obi-Wan defeated a Sith apprentice and Yoda defeated Count Dooku (at least made him retreat.) Luke faced both Sidious and Vader and many other Sith from the EU and lived to tell about it. On the other hand, Wrath and Darth Nox have faced not only Jedi and lived to tell about it, but also other powerful Sith of their era. Actually, they have both faced some of the MOST powerful Sith of their era. Both defeated their masters and both defeated key members of the Sith council. Both faced the Dread Masters and lived to tell about it. (yeah they had help but even Vader had Stormtroopers and other agents of the Dark side at his disposal as did Dooku). Both defeated the false emperor and both defeated one of the most powerful force users ever in Darth Revan. Twice. The point is, both have experience in dealing with Sith Lords of many different calibers and have lived to tell about it. Neither Vader nor Dooku have that same experience. I think that advantage alone gives the victory to Nox and Wrath. Any dark side ability you can think of, Nox and Wrath have been able to withstand it. Vader and Dooku's powers are paltry compared to what Nox and Wrath have faced and can dish out. Now I will say this...Vader alone might be close to the same level of Darth Revan and therefore worthy of facing multiple Sith opponents and escaping alive but that's about it. I really think that people tend to overestimate Vader. All of his Jedi opponents have already lost. They were defeated by betrayal, the loss of their order, and worst of all fear. Vader won't have that advantage over full seasoned Sith who have fought the same and more powerful.
  6. I would say play for yourself and see. I'm in two guilds both who do hardcore raiding. They raid at least HM or NM at least once a week and SM and a alt raid to help get alts geared. Plus both have Pub and Imp guilds that raid as well. So raiding is not dead despite what someone on reddit who doesn't play the game may suggest. Now if you're talking more raids....give it time. We have a lot of good things coming that will make it worthwhile sticking around.
  7. Your tank asking for a GCD or two to get things started is no unreasonable at all. I've been in HM and NM where tanks will do this and it works out fine. And these are damn good tanks I'm talking about. A little patience goes a long way sometimes.
  8. I wonder if this is how I suddenly gained guildmaster status in my guild. I joined the guild a few months ago and one day I log in and notice I'm the Guild leader somehow. No one is ever on except an officer who I've seen on maybe 2 or 3 times in the past 1-2 months. I actually got the guild a Stronghold but stopped short of a guild ship in case someone asks for it back. If no one claims it within the next few weeks (I'm sure they could send me an in-game message) I'm gonna change the name and start recruiting
  9. He is the most successful troll on the server I didn't really mind him at all tho.
  10. If you want Treek to do more damage then change her stance to tank and you DPS. Enemies go down fast when I DPS and she tanks because even as a tank she does lots of damage. I also don't gear her in full tank gear. I go for mostly dps/heal heavy gear and switch out implants/shield/earpiece when I need to.
  11. Pointless change! Said it in the assassin forum and I'll say it over here. Make it how it was before and if you want the ability to do something else (like stopping troopers/bounty hunters HTL) then that's fine but leave the ability alone. Ever since the change I've avoided using it in either DPS or Tank spec.
  12. I personally don't care for any extra purpose it gives the Shadow/Sin class...It was fine the way it was. I like my enemies on the ground...not stooped over. Anything extra they added to the ability could have been added and left the way it was. As it was it was completely fine. +1 for them to revert back to how it was. It was POINTLESS change.
  13. Do I sense new planets in the future? I get that sense now after completing the story and both FPs. I am very excited if this is the case!
  14. theyterkurjerbs!!!! I feel ya brotha! I don't play in smash spec enough on either my Mara, Sent or Jug to be worried about it but it was a fun spec to play.
  15. I was hoping the lil Jawa would be around so I could get my wife some crystals since she hasn't been able to play lately. Now the lil bugger is gone and I'll have to buy em off the GTN. As far as gear I'm already close to Hero status so I'll be able to get some weapons and stuff.
  16. I'd agree with the Marauder/Sentinel class. It takes little skill to master but puts out awesome DPS. However, the trick is learning your CDs. I've heard people ranting madly because they thought they were too squishy. That's where learning your CDs and when to use them comes in handy. Otherwise, I would say a Shadow/Assassin for soloing most leveling content with ease and some H2 and even H4 content and SM FPs. I regularly solo content on my Shadow when I don't feel like waiting for a group to form for dailies.
  17. I have quite the list because I can't just pick one. So in no order: 1. Revan - KoTOR is what really got me interested in Star Wars in the EU aspect outside of the movies. After playing that first one and realizing *Spoiler* I WAS Revan, mind was blown from that point forward. Revan was a character I rooted for and I hate how the messed his story up for the sake of giving him closure. 2. Mace Windu - I mean come on! Dude was a bad *** Jedi. Were there others who were badder than him? Maybe. Cooler? No way! Only one who comes close is the only other black guy in a galaxy far far away...Lando Calrissian. But after reading about Mace in the EU comics and books, it solidified my man-love for the guy! 3. Lando Calrissian - Smooth. Cool. Sweet talker. Drinks Colt 45 (maybe not in the movies buuutt). Nuff Said! 4. R2D2 - R2 is the real hero of the movies. He saves everyones butts time and time again. And he has the coolest lines in the movies "Boop bop dee boop dwooooo" - R2 5. Obi-Wan - Quintessential Jedi Knight. To me he embodies what a Jedi Knight should strive to be. Calm. Peaceful. And yet he was a powerful Jedi Knight in his own right who could lay a smack down on those who underestimated him. (Anakin Skywalker, General Grievous, Asajj Ventress) And despite the Jedi Code you could feel the love he had for Anakin despite Anakin being ungrateful. 6. Zayne Carrick - I love this guy! Can hardly use the force but still goes well out of his way to save and protect others and those he loves. Horrible with a lightsaber but a master strategist in my mind. 7. My last one although there are plenty more Darth Bane - Rule of Two anyone? Dude was the first truly evil Sith I rooted for and at the same time couldn't wait for more confrontations with Jedi. He was probably my favorite Sith. Anyway, I could go on and on. Darth Vader, Nomi Sunrider, Yoda, Ulic Qel-Droma, and others all get honorable mentions.
  18. I will be there on my Shadow. If we need more for Imp I can be there on my PT. Nothing I love more than pulling people into a beat down!!
  19. Still waiting on my Damned BETA INVITE!!!
  20. It's only fun if that's what you're looking for. If you're just trying to do dailies and someone "unstealths" in front of you causing you to auto-flag and attack them that's just lame. And I've had that happen before. Doing dailies with the wife on Section X in the Heroic 2 area on my Sorc and some idiot decides to stand right in front of my objective. I knew he was flagged, but it didn't click that he was on the opposite faction and he wouldn't get it the objective, I just thought he was trying to steal it and in my clicking frenzy somehow I was now attacking him and his buddies are trying to kill us. Completely unintended but this is what happens. I get people who try to do that now. And I'll say it...we slaughtered them. My wife was on her PT and she's quite beastly with the DPS with me healing. To avoid anymore hassles we hopped into a PvP match to unflag and dropped out to finish our dailies. Point is, people act like there aren't idiots who like to get others flagged just for fun. Used to happen on Ilum like crazy. What's not fun is getting ganked because someone decides to be "that guy". So don't be "that guy". If you see someone flagged, kill em. if not, leave it alone broseph!!
  21. Something I did as a newb to the game and made the mistake of doing the other day as well. I was playing a game of Huttball way back when on Shadowlands with my Shadow tank. I see the ball carrier as I'm leaving my spawn point and since he was close to our end zone I figured I'd pull him to me and then knock him over the side. Bad idea. Not only did I fill his resolve bar, but he ran all over me and scored the ball seconds later. Everyone on my team thanked me profusely for the team effort. That is, helping the other team score. Yeah, I was called all kinds of idiots that day lol. Queue to a ranked arena game I'm playing Monday. I'm on my Shadow tanking (I have 3 shadows on 3 servers) and we call out targets. DPS is going to focus one while I interrupt the other. I didn't get anything mixed up, I just "pulled" the wrong person to me lol. I meant to pull the DPS to prevent him from going to work on my healer but instead pulled the primary target we were trying to focus. Anyway, we won both matches pretty handily. In fact, with the same team I think we won the next 3 matches. That was a 'MY BAD" moment if there was one although I'm sure I have more.
  22. I'd say my Shadow. Nothing better than sneaking around in stealth and ripping someone to shreds with a Shadow Strike especially when the class had viable hybrid builds. Even without the hybrid builds, it's still fun to play. 2nd would be my Jedi Knight. Force Push FTW!!!
  23. Just throwing this out there...CZ-198 PvP. Just saying...spawn points are closer and there are some great vantage points to be had. Might be a bit crowded because of it being enclosed and probably a lot of lag. But, just a suggestion. Either way, I will be wherever the next one is happening.
