  1. Release the UI API to the modding community, and do it yesterday. No matter what you guys do to the UI you will never touch the custumization imagination your entire community could bring. 1.2 was nice, but not close to what anyone coming from (the game that will not be named) will tolerate for long.
  2. Since the patch dropped I've been trying to figure out what the point of the Legacy gear is. I can't, for the life of me put my finger on it. It appears to be completely pointless since by the time you get it you will have oranges in those slots anyway. It's like they put it on the vendors as a sort of mini-game. The point of the game is to not accidently click it and spend your comms on useless items.
  3. I did every single space mission in the game yesterday (was home sick from work lol). Had zero issues. Not saying others weren't but it's not a universal problem. Sounds like the um, sound issue. The one where your companions blankly stare at you instead of giving dialogue.
  4. I've zoned in to four warzones today where we on the republic had 3 people, it was mid run, and I got zero exp/comms/valor because the full other team was so far ahead. Pretty awesome system you cooked up there Bioware.
  5. Though with a log you can analize what they are doing wrong to give them correct advice instead of just guessing and saying "be better".
  6. You say that like it's a bad thing. If you are a terrible player and we are trying to defeat difficult content why on earth should you be allowed to drag us down?
  7. As much as people here complain about SWTOR right now, WoW was 1000 times worse this far in. Three months in WoW had: 1. Looting bugs from mine/herb nodes that would require you to log out to become unstuck from being bent over and unable to do anything. 2. When logging out it could take 10 minutes for the "character already exists" message to go away so you could log back in. 3. Giant queues that could last three hours or more. 4. No meaningful PvP. There were no Battlegrounds yet and three months in the Honor System wasn't even implemented. Literally zero reason to PvP. 5. One raid. Yes, one raid that only about 1% of the population could do...if that. Molten Core was only for the most hardcore people in the game. BWL didn't come out for 5-6 months post release. 6. Everyone at 60 had the exact same "blue" set as the rest of their class and the same exact weapons. (Really that hasn't changed in what, 8 years? Just epics now) 7. No LFG, just a global chat channel that people spammed Chuck Norris jokes in. 8. Mobs spawned in the ground and/or in trees so they would aggro and kill you while being invincible. 9. People could kite world bosses to cities and wipe out the entire population. 10. Zero hybrids. If you were a Warrior, you tanked. Pally, Druid, Shaman, or Priest? Heals. The endgame gear only provided bonuses for those roles. That's just off the top of my head. So when looking back with your rose tinted goggles, remember the horrid crap we put up with for Blizzard to make that game the most popular MMO in history...
  8. I don't recall him crouching behind magic cover or going invisible either... So by the original guy's logic we should only be able to use one gun, very rarely, and kill most of our opponents with witty remarks whilst nailing princesses...which I'm kinda currently doing now I guess.
  9. No I get that. I'm just saying if you really want an RP reason why you see a Trooper force choking someone there was an example. Both parents were Sith, you chose a different path.
  10. But then how will we jump the gun and complain?! You know, like the first hour after the video came out before the IGN article brought everyone down to Earth?
  11. Aren't there countless examples in the EU lore that completely disregard what you just said? Hell in the first actual Star Wars movie a force user (Luke freaking Skywalker) uses a blaster. If my smuggler's parents were both Sith Inquisitors wouldn't it stand to reason that maybe, just maybe I might have a bit of Force ability as well? Like, not a mastery but every once in a great while (cough 20 minute cooldown) I could shoot some lightning like ol' Ma and Pa used to around the homestead?
  12. I just read all his posts in the Simpson's Comic Book Guy voice. Makes a fun little game while at work.
  13. That's really the only way it would make sense imo. Say you have a 50 BH. Bam all your toons can now flamethrower people every 20 minutes.
  14. Keep in mind that if it worked the way you wanted then any hard core guild would require it's members to have certain 50s leveled so they could min/max abilities. It would be gamebreaking in PvP as well. Look at how balanced the mirror classes are right now.
