  1. I am also stuck, is there no way now other than to find a group to do it?
  2. I'm trying to transfer all my characters to different server. I think I may have made a mistake in sub'ing too soon to do this referral. I just re-sub'ed yesterday. But then realize about this referral I can get a one time free character server transfer. Is it already too late to ask someone to refer me, so that I can get this free character transfer? I'm trying to transfer to either Jedi Covenant or Shadowlands.
  3. I'm on the 7 day free sub at the moment, tempted to sub again just for several months.
  4. It depends on the # of companions you have. The more you have, the better if you're crafting. If you only have a lot (say only 5-10), then it's probably best to just to just sell mats. To craft for $, you have to "understand the market" and know it's items, which takes a lot of time to learn, even with only one crafting skill. So, if you only have say less than 10 companions (just my opinion), i would suggest you sell your mats instead. or craft green items, and sell augment kits/segments lvl 9.
  5. Whether or not it's implants or earpieces. Almost every blue 53 item random drops are better than anything crafted. I'm almost not wanting to craft anything now. Example: earpiece blue item 53 146 strength 149 endurance 70 power 66 alacrity Crafted earpiece purple lvl 54: 105 Strength 105 Endurance 46 Accuracy 49 Power 62 Surge 62 Crit I know alacrity isn't that great for warriors, etc. but still, the stats are just not right.
  6. Looked at the cost of "Rich" (shorter time) missions cost less than "Bountiful" (longer times) ones. Which is which?
  7. This would really overhaul the game, but .... So... why not make quests to "tie" or "relate" to crafting. As of right now, crew skills, just click one click and get your resources. The more quests (not necessarily dailies) you do would increase yields of the crafting for a "certain amount of time". After a certain amount of time (say a week or so), you have to do more of the planet quests. Each planet (quests) would yield different types of increase yields, like Tattoonie (can't even spell) would yield cybertech/armstech stuff, or planet life would for bio stuff, etc. But this would entail more grinding, LOL. Or, you can simply "add" more quests. You can slowly add more content for each patch, etc. Or each character would yield different crew skill perks.
  8. as fillers in between other attacks. annihilation specs only please.
  9. If you look at the "Coming Soon" under the Legacy Tab, there will be an On-field spec change robot that you can "buy". ---- Back to the point. there is an advantage in PVE when trying to do an instance or Ops. If say you're in a guild and want to do an ops and only 8 ppl are on. 2 tanks,1 healer, 5 dps. Guess who's ask to respec to healing? And if you don't have a healing spec? Guess what? you can't do ops, well, unless you PUG the healer.
  10. I have not healed, but as a dps and tank: excluding buggy Soa. I find EV and KP normal are about the same, and also EV and KP HM are about the same also. IMO: more mechanics means less margin of error, which equates to more difficult fight.
  11. There was hardly "any" gap in difficulty from story EV and story KP, (unbugged soa that is). There is however a big gap between EV/KP to EC. There's also a big gap between all the pre 1.2 HM FP vs Lost Island HM. *** I'm not complaining, however. *** not at all. I like it. But I "would" like to see something in between. Like maybe the other FP that do not have a HM, like Hammer station, etc. ** The only question would be what loot/reward would it provide? - Legacy quests to unlock? the more you do the more legacy quests you can unlock? - Mats that are required for some of the higher end Ops schematics? - different schematics? like say lvl "23" Hilt/barrel, armoring, mods, etc?
  12. IF this is true: Gamebreaker? probably not. annoying? Yes. Thanks for the post though, cause it would have made it a bit easier, less haring when solo'ing 4 man heroics (like the new Corellia one, no tank btw).
  13. It's purchased through your Legacy tab. It's 1 million credits though. and it droid part is 100k to buy. However, there is a way to purchase the droid part w/o purchasing the droid (1 million credits) itself . . . . Hint: just find someone who already has the droid. I'm expecting BW will change this in the future. FYI: there is no +crit for Biochem  nor is there one for Artifice : , why? i'm not sure. They should have that available, but there isn't.
  14. What I would loved to have seen is to let whoever is not infected to attack/kill the people who are infected. And who is infected to infect other people a bit easier. Both have a way of obtaining dna samples. Wouldn't it be funny group of infected vs non infected killing each other. About the fleet, it would be too much of a mess, with the current npcs that kill any infected person entering the fleet, put another set of guards where people spawn from fleet passes. although this wouldn't be good on a pve server.
  15. Can we see what specific damage types you had going? like how much did ravage do. Did you use force choke?, etc.
  16. If the Diminishing return on primary stat is still the same, then start using power(doesn't have diminishing return) instead of strength. - There is 'no' breaking point that anyone knows of. - but if you're around 1600 strength or higher, start using power. - If your base crit is around 30%, and you can self buff (through legacy) crit from IA, switch to power from strength - If you're constantly using the Might stim, which gives 104 strength and 63 power (I think, values differ for different stims), then again start switching to power. *** Also think about that Stim, it's almost a 2:1 ratio from strength to power. Although i might be reading too much into this in a "game": the higher the value of something means that too much of it, shows that it isn't as significant "compared" to a lower value. Example Just like a drug, If you're taking Advil 400mg, going from 400mg to say 600mg sounds big (50% incr), But if you take a Sudafed 30mg and bumping up to 45mg, you're only adding 15mg, but it's still the same 50% increase. IE. The smaller the value holds more potency. BW made the 104 strength and 63 power stim. If both stats have equal potency (remember at higher levels and dealing with diminishing return), then the stim would be +80 strength and power. But then again, this is a game. it's not always follow what we expect.
  17. the point to this some people have different relics, some people don't have relics, etc. You are correct if you want to dps for "your" dps, The actual number for youself/myself is not a major concern for me, it's to really compare to "other" class, although that will be a difficult thing to do. when you introduce other factors like relics use, like i stated earlier, some people will have different relics, etc. will complicate more things, Anyways, you can't use Vicious Throw due to target dummy isn't below 30%, so the target dummy isn't fully to measure boss fights anyways. ----- but overall you are correct.
  18. 30 seconds if fine for basic damage for not including beserk, bloodthirst, relic uses, and "vicous throw" (which you cannot do on a dummy cause the target doesn't go below 30%). if you want to include that, then you would have to do like a good 5 minutes, due to you have to wait for bloodthirst cooldowns, Frenzy, relic uses, and such. that would just complicate, and add more confusion. but to your point, yes I probably would have to do that to get an overall dps, but 1-2 million? be prepared to stay on target for a very long time.
  19. I feel like I at times not sure if I'm doing enough to max my dps, and not sure if i'm using good fillers in between. On the Dummy target in the Ziost Shadow: after about 30 seconds my dps was: ~1250 dps. at peak times was 1400, but averages out to around 1250 or so. but please note below - Did not use any relic "use", bloodthirst, berserk, vicious throw?( the one that can use below 30%), - did not have "any" buffs (0), BH/Inq./War/agent, etc. spec and some info: - Anni. spec - Full Rakata (armor and weapons), augmented crafted implants, rakata cube (dps proc). - Bleeds did top damage, next to Ravage (yes Ravage, and I clip the last part), Annihilation/Vicious Slash ------ fyi, if you don't know about the mox dps, here's the thread: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=402530 ------ edited. using cooldowns, relics, berserk, etc. after like 600k damage. dps was constantly around 1450. after like 1 minute, it stayed around 1450.
  20. - I say let us non infected players "kill/attack" infected players. and then you loot the DNA sample from them. - and get daily commendations out of it . - and if you're infected and you also get dna samples by infected them during incubation phase (ie. nausea/dizzy phase) ----- If you don't want to get infected, then get the vaccine. ----- but then again, you can't attack in the fleet.
