  1. Give female characters beards, but we can still can't have eyebrows matching hair color like every other AAA mmo. Great priorities BW.
  2. Arena, I can understand. But warzones, which have no impact on any sort of ranking or messing up team comp, I do not. Why create this system, then tell me I cannot change my style or loadout to fit the situation? If I load into a huttball as sent, why can I not swap to a ball carrying loadout for guardian? If I load into civil war as guardian, why can I not swap to sentinel for more dps? Why can I not swap to operative to stealth cap? Or sniper to shoot from an elevated position in queshball? What, pray tell, is the reasoning for this? Other than no fun allowed, of course.
  3. That's what I'm trying to be, but BW's past history makes it too easy to be the type that's not ok with it. I'd rather LotS be something I play alongside Endwalker, not something I play while waiting for Endwalker. But if things go live even remotely like this system it'll be the latter.
  4. While I'm pleasantly surprised that you guys didn't go through with the GS nerfs, now I'm left with the question of what made you decide to nerf it because of healers. You guys are aware that sorcs are easily considered the worst pve healer and noticeably behind mercs for pvp and probably a little behind operatives? Why nerf gathering storm and hurt lightning/mass if the change is directed at healers. Why not just buff revitalized mystic and give healers better tacticals instead?
  5. All I can say is the sorc nerfs go live with no proper deception/concealment nerfs as well I'll be unsubbing. Between that, grit teeth/embrace the pain whatever the hell it's called still not up three months after launch and all feedback on how awful Kai Zykken works being ignored, and battlefield command/warmonger utility still being broken AFTER ya'll said it was fixed I'll lose the desire to play until any changes are made. This is really just getting ridiculous. This expansion did some things right but it's had some piss-poor touching up of what's wrong with it so far. Getting serious Warlords of Draenor/Battle for Azeroth vibes here.
  6. Good ol BW. Anytime Lightning/TK is in a good spot it gets nerfed the first patch while mercs got to stay stupid for an entire expansion. Also lol at nerfing it before deception gets nerfed and not even nerfing the real problem with concealment. Even better in order to nerf lightning they're going to make madness unplayable and mess with corruption's survivability in this burst meta. Don't worry though BW. Somehow Blizzard manages to be even more incompetent than yall.
  7. Please don't assume that someone disagreeing with you hasn't done whatever is being discussed. It's a very poor form of conducting a debate and will immediately cause the person to take you less seriously. And no I haven't done nim. Yes I have done plenty of ranked and unranked. I'm not disputing that mercs are the best overall healer right now. That I quite agree on. As one who played all three in 5.x(haven't done much with my scoundrel healing in 6.0), I disagree on mercs and sorcs being even in both operations and pvp as well as ops being being best in pvp. The sheer ease needed to play a sorc at optimal level allowed for leniency in mistakes and their burst healing being quite strong at getting someone up quickly. In my opinion that is how it should be. Mercs are not as easy to play as sorcs nor do they have as much group utility. Perhaps sorcs should be doing more healing though, and I think buffing the revitalized mystic set to give back more force would go towards that as it would be less GCD's spent on managing force. Definitely not healing more than mercs are though. And mercs aren't better than sorcs in pvp because of their healing. They're better because of their defensives. In this burst meta where sins and operatives are doing 30% of someone in full tank gear's health in the blink of an eye and like 50-60% to non-tanks, the forgiving nature of merc DCD's offers them greater survivability in the current situation where you have to counterplay near perfectly to avoid being killed swiftly. Should deception/concealment burst get toned down, I think the playing field will be more even. I certainly haven't had this happen to me, but experiences do differ.
  8. I seriously doubt anybody is making fun of you for playing sorc heal so that's some serious hyperbole. Healer balance is the best it's been in a long time. Each of them fills their intended role almost just right. Merc is the single target/burst, operative is the aoe, and sorc is the jack of all trades/utility. Whereas in 5.x sorc was pretty much the best at all three roles. I agree sorc could use better tacticals but it would need to be done carefully or they'd go back to 5.x levels of being leagues ahead of the other two.
  9. Don't waste your time complaining. They were told repeatedly before launch why stuff only being available on Kai was a bad idea and they've been told repeatedly since launch too. Posts have been made here and on reddit multiple times. If they cared they would have hotfixed it before the holidays so they obviously love the selective RNG that screws over one class. Just like Blizzard was repeatedly told what was wrong with beta for azeroth before launch and didn't listen BW has done the same.
  10. Exactly it. Most people don't build their strikes for turning. Random unpredictable turns will give even great pilots trouble staying on you. Your only real threat will be clarion/imperiums built specifically for bomber busting because they have the turning to keep up easier and tankiness to take a mine hit or three. And not many people run those. A good flashfire/sting could be a problem but with them it's a race. Either they kill you quick or they take two mine hits and either die or have to back off.
  11. Don't love either but at least Tau is a person with flaws, regrets, and thoughts. Anri has zero notable personality quirks. She's more of a prop to show the Empire's new ways than an actual character.
  12. I wouldn't really put any MM tactical as the absolute best. I use differential targeting system the most out of the three but they all have their situational uses where I swap them out. Fearless is the best knight/war set period. DPS, skank, or full tank it's easily the best. The only time it's not is ball carrying, where nimble master is better at least every two and a half minutes.
  13. It's been a month and he still has not put up a single (properly working) biochem schematic. The same synthweaving set has shown up twice. One week he only has a single thing which is a set. Another he has two tacticals that were both bugged. He is a failed experiment and utterly garbage design. Fix him. Do not wait until your crafting patch in december. Do it this coming week before he resets again. Make him always carry at least one tactical and one set or better yet make him carry at least one schematic from each crew skill. Failed experiments are fine and how we learn. Sticking your head in the sand and pretending to act like the horrendously failed experiment is working perfectly is not fine.
  14. Agreed, though I don't expect anything. I did about five hutballs with the new one and the only situation where it's not useless is if you're whitebarred. Any other time and you're just going to get stunned and waste it. Nowhere near the versatility of having two leaps. Maybe if it broke movement impairing effects and had a brief CC immunity (2-4) seconds it would be comparable.
  15. It's stupid and infuriating. I feel like this change was targeted at sents/maras and guards/juggs got caught in the crossfire and wound up getting ****ed harder than the intended group did. I'm not going to take that utility when there are two better choices in that tier. If it gave two charges like the Sent one did then yes I would take it.

"The Nimble Master set has had its 4-pc set bonus changed, the bonus is now: (4) Activating Saber Ward grants Nimble Master, increasing your movement speed by 100% for the duration of Saber Ward." Really? That's far inferior to the two force leap charges. This set is now practically worthless given saber ward's 2 and a half min CD. As if guard/jugg sets weren't mostly garbage as it is you had to go and **** one of the like two good ones. Did one of you get bootyblasted about losing a huttball to someone using this set and decide to remove fun? Honestly now that I think about how you guys wanted to add that stupid hinder mechanic to huttball some time back and only didn't once there was an overwhelmingly negative reception to it I wouldn't be surprised if ya'll despise leaps being a thing in huttball to begin with. Probably why this change was done even though that second leap makes a great backup for when an enemy is standing on a ledge and your spaghetti code kicks in and you stop five meters short of them and land right back in the lower ground. I'm not expecting to get the 12k frags spent on this back so take this as a rant about how much I hate this change instead.
  17. They still haven't responded to the ticket I sent friday morning about this so anybody who sends one now is waiting at least a week. And knowing BW support they'll just tell you "lol" then close the ticket before you can respond.
  18. Thanks Eric. Can you please get the team to put the correct ones on before tuesday? I really don't want to have to wait possibly another month or more to get them because of this.
  19. It's no longer in my schematic list either after purchasing it last night. A word on this would be appreciated BW. Bad enough we have to deal with this awful design of two schems a week out of 12 and outrageous mats to begin with then get bugs on top of it.
  20. To say I'm annoyed right now is an understatement. First you guys make these schematics only available on a vendor that resets weekly with stupid artificial timegating that only affects certain people that makes any ******* timegating Blizzard has pulled off look good by comparison and then when it's finally one group's time to stop getting railed without lube while others are running around in full BIS since day two this crap happens. Utterly garbage design. AT THE VERY LEAST MAKE HIM CARRY ONE OR TWO SCHEMATICS FROM EVERY CREW SKILL AT ALL TIMES INSTEAD OF THIS BACKWARDS *** SETUP YOU GOT GOING ON NOW.
  21. It's possible they're skanking and while I understand the frustrations of healers who dislike it, I personally love it when I'm healing a skank. The run goes noticeably quicker and I'm a good enough healer to make up for their lost tankiness. Occasionally you'll run across an awful skank that results in wipes, but I find the average person who does it knows how to use their cooldowns properly.
  22. It's almost funny how utterly screwed over Guards/Juggs got. Not only is their best tactical crafted with insane requirements but the schematic is seemingly only available from a vendor who resets his stock once a week and it's total RNG whether he'll have it. It could wind up being a month or more before we see it. In addition the flawless riposte set probably mostly comes from him too with a chance from the new operation that pvpers won't really do. Meanwhile shadows/assassins were running around on day 3 with best tactical and full best set bursting people down to 30% in 4 seconds.
  23. Nobody seems to know that I've talked to. Wouldn't be surprised if it drops from the Dxun ops or something. Or knowing BW they forgot to actually put it into the game.
