  1. Normal modes are catered towards casual players. Hardcore raiders will try their luck at Nightmare. I put 2 and 2 together when I saw multiple difficulties.
  2. Armor/Weapon.. actually the majority of crafting doesn't really take effect until end game. Patterns drop from raids but if no one has the skill, it's a waste to your guild. 2 + 2 = 4
  3. #include <sarcasm> At least your damage and hp scale accordingly, but that is still an unfair advantage.
