  1. the emperor was called "Lord Vitiate" who used some of the most powerful sith at the end of the Great Hyperspace war by dominating their minds like he did revan and malak and performed a dark side ritual and absorbed ALL life and even the force from his home world making him the almighty immortal he is in the game. he is almost 1500 years old, so he knows a fair few tricks
  2. if your right arm (well hand really) is ok then you shjould look to invest in a gaming mouse like the naga which has 12 buttons at your thumb and 2 extra buttons next to the main left button (left click) you shouldnt need all the buttons for most things, it is also quite easy to get used to. and cklass wise i would say the ranged classes. sniper/gunslinger, mercenary/commando are the best and then vanguard/powertech and scoundrel/operative next.
  3. it is needed. but i think the buff is abit harsh. a new level 50 going into pvp is going to get stomped. and recruit gear costs a massive amount. i went into pvp with a guardian dps and i had like 5 bits of recruit gear and i was wailing on someone for about 8 secs before they started fighting back. and they took me from 100% health to 0 before i got them past 50% health. its suposed to be "that little bit more" but it is almost "be all or die"
  4. i really like the Guardian / Warrior. also the commando is pretty fun. healing spec ofc and can still hit some nice damage if needed.
  5. depends on what class you play. and what you both kit out. i would say: gunslinger / sniper sorcerer / sage smuggler / operative commando / mercanary powertech / vanguard guardian / juggernaught sentinel / marauder (not spent enough time with or against them to fully judge) assassin / shadow they are all very close. this is just my experiences. the ranged classes just semm to be easier to keep alive and nuke players down. gunslingers / snipers esspecially, when locked behind thier shield the mid - close range fighters have a hard time (impossible if they are placed right) to kill them. other than that its just easier for the other classes. bearing in mind this is my own experience, i have not got them all to max level yet so it might change after i spend some more time in it. im starting to like my assassin alot more but i feel they are not quite as good as some of the others due to the light armor and not a tremendous amount of dps. he is only level 29 atm and i have not worked out all the tricks yet
  6. its my fave class man. i love my knight. in fact i had to make another one to stick on my second server. althouigh i didnt just make a carbon "light" or "dark" side character. i more roleplayed it. i do that for all the decisions so although he is rather lightsided he has alot of darkness in him.
  7. the dark and light are intertwined. there cannot be one without the other. the force doesnt have sides therefor doesnt not pick sides. as long as the Jedi code forbids love and emotion there will always be a darkness that looms around the corner.
  8. Jedi, I choose you *pop* "Jedi" jedi, use lightsaber attack "jedi" *Jedi uses lightsaber attack* [it was supper effective] *reaper was defeated* {wow, that jedi is really strong. i cannot believe i lost} (the chancellor gains OVER 9000 credits)
  9. i hope bioware make a minimalist robe set for jedi. im a bigger fan of the anakin and qui gon look from the movies than the obi wan of the clone wars. and i sure as hell pick either of those over the *insert word here* that the current armour looks like. im not saying take it out of the game. just that they should make some armour that tones it down.....alot
  10. hmm, first time looking at the new site and didnt notice that. but i think after a while it will get abit annoying. its a nice new design i think though
