LOL You met the typical "jerk" If he was a maurader, he passed because the Jugg armor is heavy anfd he CAN'T use it. If you're new and never did a quest before, let the group know at the begining, more so than not, they will understand and let you enjoy the story. If not, then leave the group and find one that will. You don't need to deal with that anyway. Personally if someone tells me they are new to the game and never ran the quest, I'll let them take ANYTHING that drops they can use, as my alts have some money and I can equip from the Auction house a lot easier than a new player with no credits can. I say if they were running alts and knew you were new to the game, then THEY were the greedy ones. Rule of thumb, if you can use it and equip it, and it's better than your current gear, roll need. Anything else (YES, I'm going to say it, even gear for a companion) is a Greed roll unless you ask the group first. Equipment should always go to a player character before a companion IMO. I remember running a quest like that with 2 friends, we brought in a newbie just to show them the quest, since we had twinked our characters, not only did we give him everything that dropped (if he couldn't use it, he could sell it for cash) we all gave him some credits at the ennd to get him started. Point is, don't judge a game or the community based on the poor actions af a couple of players. Sorry for your bad luck in grouping with these people.

You do know that the mods you can buy with those comms are not bound on pick up, right? You can use those comms collecting dust to help mod out your alts or guildmates. While I was leveling, I had two guildes buy me all sorts of mods from the Correlia?? - Level 49 vendor. Buy the orange legacy gear, and then use your comms from your main to trick out the gear.

PvP, BH, and daily commendations are different and should NEVER be combined through the legacy. I certainly can see the use of combining the planet comms, for leveling alts, but none of the others.

PVP and BH and dailys NO, but a big yes to all the planet commendations. OR better yet not only share the planet commendations, but have them be able to be converted 3 to 1 like they were in Beta. I mean seriously, what is my level 50 going to do with the 6 hutta commendations in the currency tab???

It's not helpful for 2 reasons : 1. he said if he was forced to change his LEGACY name, could they allow him to change his first name as well. You can't just make a placeholder for a legacy name. 2. They haven't said what servers would be available, so how do you create a place holder without knowing what servers are involved.

I think it should be active gets priority over inactive and then the character creation date. Those created first have priority. A level 50 that's been playing since launch shouldn't be forced to change because someone created a character last week with that name.

The length of time isn't really an issue. The issues are low pop servers and bugs in the GTN With the lower pop servers the best time for sellers to list is early Saturday morning, being that the pops are highest on the weekend and then it's up for Sat and Sun. Hence this is also the best time to look for items. Now what I'd like to see is it function more like an Auction House. Seller puts an item up for sale for 7 days with a starting bid of say 500 credits and a Buy it now price of 5,000 credits. Those that want it immediately can buy it immediately for the max price of 5000 credits. OR you can wait it out and bid on it and get outbid and refunded and re-bid. At the end of the 7 days it's mailed to the highest bidder. This is one of only a few things that Turbine did right at DDO.

There are very few pant options for a male inquisitor. There needs to be more cool looking pants, not just at 50. JEEZ, why does everyone think the game starts at 50?? Quick question Does this have a total matches played end as well? I mean if I play 6 matches total, and win 2 lose 4 I don't qualify for either 6 loses or 3 wins So am I know forced to play a possible 2 more matches? Keep in mind that on some of the lower pop servers queue times can be lengthy. Last time I played I waited an average of 15 minutes per queue meaning a half hour per WZ. This could take over 4 hours just to get one daily done. People are now going to start leaving WZ because they are WINNING LOL I've lost 5 matches in a row, damn, looks like this one we might win. <Drops Group> LOL

I want more slots too, but it will in no way increase activity. I'll still be on my server, just playing a different character. I think the way they tied the legacy to ONE server is going to limit the amount of people that play on multiple servers, and playing on multiple servers, may artificially increase server pop on 1 server because it will be taking it away from another server. The only 2 ways to increase server pops is 1. More subscribers 2. forced server transfer. - Meaning you close some servers and only allow the option to transfer "free" to specific servers, monitoring population of both factions and making them lively balanced servers.

I was pointing out there is a TON of content, it's just no plays it or enjoys it because they out level it too quickly. I'm leveling a toon on just PvP and class quests. which you could still do if you wanted.
