  1. Correction: "That's what the end game is in every mmo, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SWOTR." The end game in SWOTR does not exist.
  2. He is 37. Sending 5 companions out is not an option. At most, 3 is possible. Besides, if the guy wants to USE the game how he wishes at 37, he may, he doesn't have to get to 50 to do anything. THE POINT to his post is the game mechanics are not working within reason. ATTACKING his efforts do not address the issue.

    I LOVE Huttball!!!!

I like the PVP in this game. Can't say that for any other MMOs out there. SWOTR: Win?
  4. Idk, I see many of the issues are legit concerns. Others are just QQ. An active campaign to destroy SWOTR? *Tinfoil hat* Equipped and ready! THE CIA HATES JEDI !!
  5. No one else is seeing this issue?
  6. Epic !! Finally, I can talk and not be moderated for my LOVE of SWOTR.
  7. Mine shoots to the sky ! Alot. Seriously, it happens to me every couple minutes in game. Especially PVP when it is the most annoying.
  8. I love the game. The BH story line is epic!! If we could only fix the Customer Support fail, we might have an epic game !!
  9. Same thing happens to me, got to end of Chapter 1 with my BH. Very fun ride, then, meh. Idk what it is, but it feels like the same mission mechanics with nothing much to look forward to.
  10. How about an app that allows us to craft and send minions out to gather from our smart phones?
  11. LOL, I was in /1. The 50 laps was boredom, after 30 mins of waiting, I told myself at 50 laps and no healer, I am logging out. 50 laps won.
  12. I think this is the issue. It isn't that people are lazy, or don't want to talk to people, we just don't have an adequate means to connect with each other to get a group together in a reasonable amount of time. If we could get character information, character name, and player intent, the whole process of grouping could be streamlined.
  13. This might help. Thanks for suggesting.
  14. We have actually run dungeons after we passed them in level so we could 2 or 3 man it with or without a healer/dps/tank. Fun to see the instance, but ultimately boring. I haven't run a heroic since level 10 because of the same issues. I feel like I am missing out on the game because I don't want to spend 30-45 minutes looking for people to fill a group, when I could be well on to the next level if I skip the instance content. There is something wrong with this concept. A serious flaw in design for a game that cost 200 million to develop.
  15. My buddy and I wanted to run Foundry last night. We are on a high pop server and we thought it shouldn't be an issue getting a group together. We found a dps quick enough, but a healer proved to be harder. 40 mins later and 50 laps around the space station outer ring, and we gave up. This was at 9:00pm server time. I appreciate how important it is to communicate with people, I chatted with the guild, talked with general between my LF healer spams, but seriously, I spent 40 minutes doing something in the game, I would have rather spent seeing content. Could we have gone to all the planets spamming for a healer? Yes, but with a station population over 200, we thought that our best bet was hanging on the station, rather than leaving the station to shout on a possibly empty planet when healers might be passing through the station (later we actually split up and did go to Taris to shout while one stayed on the station). Damned if we do, Damned if we don't. A looking for group queue would be an improvement over this 2005 solution of spamming general chat. Honestly, this isn't the first time we ran into this issue and I am finding PVP the last reliably fun thing to do in the game. Hopefully, Bioware implements some sort of grouping tool to help get people together for dungeons.
  16. It is all about who's boss has the bigger balls. Imperial boss is the Fleet admiral vs the force user boss is a run of the mill lord...you call it.
  17. Nothing truer has been said on these forums. +1 to you sir.
  18. I have a crappy Gateway with 6gigs of memory, an i3 2200, and a GTX 540ti. Solid FPS in all points of the game. I am set to high on all settings. I would suggest running some programs to shut down the background applications, perhaps you will see a change? CC Cleaner, Malware Bytes, and Smart Close always give me an FPS boost.
  19. This is why Rift, War, and the endless other WoW killers failed. Bioware has a couple months to amaze us, if not, well SWOTR will be fun to play when it goes free to play.
  20. Well said. For now, I am ignoring the space combat as if it isn't even part of the game. I am pretty sure there are Iphone apps that are better and more interesting.
  21. Wow cost of development 63 million. Swotr cost of development 125-200 million (estimated by industry). NY Time SWOTR Article If humans cant work 3x faster. What did the 100 million get us, other than voice acting? That is the point. I expect to have at least 1/2 the content of what the top industry game offers.
  22. Why even reply? Just for the Troll effect? And BTW, you couldn't be more wrong about the OPs statement. It seems a lot of people are experiencing the same thing, perhaps Bioware will take notice of this thread and do something.
  23. +1 I don't want the 2004 standard for MMOs at launch.
