  1. I'd like to be able to personalize the class ship that we already have as well. Those seem to be forgotten once the fleet pass is gained, or being able to teleport using the galaxy map. Not everyone wants to have to get to their ship and travel to another planet, but those of us that enjoy the immersion do, I think. Large ships are definitely cool, but leaving the biggest for guilds that can afford them is fine. I don't need a star destroyer, personally and my guild is down to just me right now anyway, so. I have a lot of fun decorating the SH's available, but eventually adding decorations to create a kitchenette would be cool. An autochef, counter and refrigeration unit of some type with cabinets. Having a future SH buried in the jungle - perhaps with some "treehouse" feel to it, surrounded by swampy river. An apartment/luxurious condo on a skyhook, or station overlooking a planet. Being able to explore Manaan more - those of us that loved KOTOR miss many of those planets that we adventured on in that game. Being able to have the companion that's with me when I enter my class ship, still be there while I'm flying somewhere.
  2. I also like the pyramid-shaped sconces standing at the entrance to the temple for the final fight with Revan. Those would look great in the Yavin IV SH. The cabinet in your private room in the outpost on Odessen would be nice for any SH.
  3. I think it would be cool to have decorations that offer more of a kitchen-like feel. Autochef on a counter, or wall mount? Culinary droid? We already have tables and chairs that offer one of the rooms to be a dining room, so why not? The bar and shelf are really nice, but that fits better in a family / living room setting. Shelving / cabinets on a wall hook? The melodium that Koth turns on would also look good on a shelf / stereo cabinet. Curio cabinets that we could put knick-knacks / trophies in. The Yavin IV SH is so large there are plenty of space for one of those rooms to be a day room / den with things like this in it. Holo projector like the ones in Padme's room which offer pics of characters with companions during some memorable event.
  4. Having the interior of a vehicle or ship would be very cool on this world, especially with Episode VII coming out and Rey's possible hideout being inside an old AT-AT.
  5. I love the feel and atmosphere of Odessan and Alderaan, so either would be good.
  6. I love the music and I know most of it is from the movies, but there are some worlds that have new music that would be great on a soundtrack. I haven't been able to find one, so assuming that Bioware hasn't published one yet. I'm sure I'm also not the first one to suggest this. Would love to have one.
  7. I'm finding that sometimes when going to send mail, type into the GTN Search window or enter a ticket, I can't type into the box provided. This has happened quite a bit. Bioware fixed another cinematic issue and that corrected this issue along with it and now it's back again. Not sure what to do. ??
  8. I noticed more paintings in the Czerka flashpoint that were really nice. The estate in the Imperial storyline on Makeb had some gorgeous decoration items in it. Rugs, statues and other items that were really nice. Conputers on the wall in Tattoine - Imperial side - when talking to Darth Silthar in his office.
  9. Each item has it's own hook size that it can be placed in, if you click on the hook itself in Edit mode, then you should be able to place items that fit that size hook. If you can't, then it sounds like an issue for Quality Control or Bugs. I've been able to place everything that I've gotten so far, though sometimes items won't show up that I'd like to place because I've clicked on the wrong size hook. Also, scroll through the options on top of the small items screen where you can choose All, Furniture, Utility, etc., then the next one down where you can also choose the same - I pick All which makes things easier. The Conquest items aren't for the planetary strongholds, but for the Flagship. I've never been on one, so not sure how to place them or if they're meant for boost items onboard ship while the Conquests missions are going on. I do know they are needed to make Dark Projects which allow you to get the ships for the landing pads at the residential strongholds. (5 Dark Projects, 5 Mk 3 Universals) Beyond that, if this doesn't help then I'd be sending a ticket in to Bioware and see if there's not something else going on.
  10. I agree with needing more options for pictures and such for the walls, though this has just launched and I can imagine they have a ton of ideas for things. I love being able to decorate all three of my places as well as the guild stronghold, but the walls do seem rather bare in some rooms. One area that I loved when adventuring through was the large estate in the Sith storyline on Makeb. (Forgot the scientist's name already that owned it) Statues are available, but some of the other items like rugs, the display case with corner sconces in the Hook's upper floor were really nice. Having stuffed animals or heads available would also be cool. Mounted on a pedestal in the corner or something. Unique trophies or monuments have been amazing for certain areas. Perhaps a stone panel carved in some of the Rakata symbology from Voss or Belsavis prisons would be another option for the stairway walls. Tables with an array of food trays on them. Paintings of various scenes from all the planets or even some not yet introduced into the game: Corellian beaches at sunrise or sunset, mountain scenes from Alderaan, rocky canyons of Tatooine, ice sculptures from Ilum, even one of the galaxy would be nice. Corner tables for the bedroom with a chronometer and lamp on it. Large chronometer for the wall. Fountain with statues in the center, one pouring the water out of a vase. Maybe decorative tile sections instead of a rug to cover certain areas. Possibilities are endless....
  11. I love the idea of player housing and would rather not see it like Ultima Online where individual shops are set up. Having the fleets or capitol worlds as central gathering places is fine for now, the population of the "galaxy" isn't big enough for everyone to have their own shop yet. And it would begin to separate everything a bit too much right now. You'd end up having the same access as we have now in the GTN for crafted goods. I'm hoping for some ability to tailor the furniture a bit, also decorate with artwork, trophies, etc. which is something that most other big games are lacking. *cough* WoW *cough* Crafting and vendor avenues for a whole variety of things for the apartment will be nice to have access to. I love the ships in the game, but having the ability to personalize them would make them even better - hopefully housing fixes that.

    Dyes

WoW has vendors that allow you to match the look of one piece of armor to the stats of another and it's a nice way to customize and keep a particular look that you may have liked better than the new piece that you just got in a dungeon. Color and all.
  13. Wookiepedia has a whole list of crystals and where to get them. I loved in KOTOR actually going to various caves on several worlds and fighting things inside to get to the crystals. Perhaps there's even a flashpoint idea there....
  14. A galactic communications suite... I like it, though not sure how hard it would be to add this to the game. The apartment on Nar Shaddaa or the capitol worlds is going to be a lot of fun to play with in the first place and just eager to see how much decorating and modifying is going to be available.
  15. Togruta, definitely. Falleen would also be interesting. Weequay also has my vote. In KOTOR I even enjoyed running around and swimming in the oceans of Manaan, though I'm sure that's another thread.... lol
  16. Pazaak was fun in KOTOR and would definitely bring more life to the cantinas and casinos on Nar Shaddaa. It was also cool stacking your deck from various vendors around the galaxy and there could even be drops from certain criminals that you encounter also who have their own decks. I'm sure BIoware has a ton of things on the list to add to the game, so I would imagine both of these are on it somewhere. Hope so at least. Swoop racing was a lot of fun in KOTOR as well. Being able to upgrade your bike and then compete would definitely be a lot of fun, and offer more things to decorate the new suite we'll have available soon. Trophies from races won or pazaak tournaments you've competed in displayed in a display case.
  17. To say that there won't ever be any more class based story is to think that the game has maxed out at level 55…. This game's only been out now for two years, which means they've only just begun. WoW's first run took players to 60, and now they're working on the next xpac taking characters to 100, so…. This galaxy's so huge and the possibilities are endless, so I wouldn't be throwing in the towel just yet.
  18. I love the idea also of player housing, but to keep the clutter from planets that have the gorgeous scenery, allow apartments on worlds like Coruscant, Dromund Kaas and Nar Shaddaa. I have no clue what Bio has in mind for the future of the game beyond keeping it fun and attracting long lasting players, but personalizing ships / apartment would be awesome. Crafting artwork, furniture, and other accents would only keep many of us into roleplaying and enjoying the worlds that we inhabit more interested in sticking around much longer. Especially true Star Wars fans.
  19. It's not an issue with the game itself, that's why I was doing a general shout out to other Mac users that may have run into this. I was told by the Apple Support forums that it's a server issue downloading Windows Support Software, but it just didn't make sense to me that they seem to think it's not a software glitch with Mountain Lion. Snow Leopard ran fine during the whole setup for Bootcamp, but I'm also not sure how to retrograde or if I even can. I had read somewhere that those that had downloaded Lion in between weren't having this problem, so thought I'd give that a try but the one I was talking to for Apple didn't want me to do that.
  20. I just downloaded Mountain Lion from Snow Leopard and now can't download the Windows support software in Bootcamp. I've used CCC to go back and forth to my external and the main, but when I go to use Bootcamp and choose to download the support software, the progress bar never fills. I've heard there was some conflict of some sort and am not sure how to fix this. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and knows how to fix it. The game was running fine on the earlier OS via Bootcamp, but a little laggy which Mountain Lion has helped already on the OS side of the fence.
  21. It would be nice to be able to add names to a Friend's List even if they're not online - when it comes to joining a guild on a server - for when they do log in, I'd be able to join their guild, or ask for that opportunity. Any chance that could be added?
