  1. I know this is not the topic at hand, but.... please make Galactic Starfighter legacy-wide? Having made an effort to unlock most ships and their upgrades on one char, it's absolutely punishing to just play a couple of games on a new character that you decided to play the class story through, with stock ship and no upgrade Achievements, gear, most rewards are already legacy-wide, just get GSF in there... pretty please with a cherry on top?
  2. Self necro much? I don't understand the hate for the tool\addon. I would just like a clue of what I'M doing. Having no clue on how i perform, even solo, is just silly. I would like to know if i'm doing 5,10,20, 50 on average... by now my only comparison while trying some specs or different classes is "ok, that strong took me around 7 seconds'ish this time, on the previous char it took 12secs! i'm owning now!". Oh well.
  3. I'm yet to find a Flashpoint - normal or heroic - that takes me more then 30-45m to run. There is so much you can avoid\skip, and using 'sap' (operatives\assassins cc) or smuggle you can avoid a lot more. As far as your post goes, i agree entirely with your Engine analysis, that really was a bad choice by Bioware, but i consider you to be completely wrong on others. Dissing out the Warzones available? Huttball has to be the most entertaining and original warzone\bg i played with the pass the ball ability. Yes, it can get annoying with the knockbacks\whatnot, but the concept is by far the best. And there were domination (alderaan) and ctf (huttball) maps long before wow's arathi basin and warsong gulch... so that's just a ridiculous observation. Or do you really think WoW invented them? Companions do what they said they would. You can easily run a hm fp with a companion healer\dps, even a tank if you take your time and play safe. Yes, they can react slowly when you pull them back, but that's not a major issue at all. And obviously, turn off their aoe abilities if you're having issues with them breaking cc , lol. anyways, valid points, and others just turned into swtor bashing, wow-loving propaganda.
  4. How would you know you're doing well in PvE with no means of comparison whatsoever? You "feel" you're doing well? ok then.

    60+ Valor Bracket

HF with the Ilum base camping Battlemasters that have no clue on how to play the game. I bet you love destroying those low gear on the opposite team tho!
  6. People will complain and go berserk over any change that is implemented. The current system was too 'rng', totally dependant on luck getting champion tokens (and hoping for non-duplicate ones). The new system will guarantee a steady income of both low tier (centurionx15) and mid tier (champions x7) commendations, with the occasional token for bonus-sake (dont rely on it). And people are still complaining? You will get (daily+weeklys alone) 20 bags a week, that's 300 centurions and 140 champion tokens... more then enough to have a steady gear improvement. Thanks for the change!
  7. My question is about the absolutely essential combat log. It already 'exists' considering the post-warzone information scoreboard and statistics. When will the combat log be available? And will it have any detailed feature like a damage\heal parser?
  8. Playing as an healer (scoundrel) and having a blast with it. Resource management is awesome, and the versatility and utility just adds to the experience. Can't wait for target of target and some minor ui customization tho. My biggest hardship is keeping track of the Upper Hand buffs that you have\proc since the buff size\timer\number is incredibly small, haha, but i'll live
  9. People are so distracted or 'choose' to ignore statements. There are different teams for content design, bug fixing, class balance, and what not. This was a taste of NEW CONTENT. It does not mean bug fix is not happening (which it has been, every day), it does not mean new features like gbank, or ui tweaking aren't also being worked on, right now! This is the NEW CONTENT post. And as far as every other complain is concerned, im currently at lvl 34, loving every minute of it, and have not encounted a single game-breaking issue. Sure, there are things to be improved and fixed, but far from critical. I'm very glad to see new content announced so early on, it's nothing but good news! Good job Bioware, keep up the good work!
  10. Legions of Lettow probably has the biggest portuguese community, but the queues are horrendous atm. This one probably has a smaller portuguese community then that, but queues are nearly non-existant and there arent (until now at least) any rude community taking over the general chat and whatnot.
  11. Hello, considering the state of most servers and their queues, i'd like to advise most portuguese speaking players that are currently on Niman or Legions of Lettow, to reconsider their placement and rellocate before getting too attached to their chars. There is already a large portuguese speaking guild in ATHO CITY (Empire side), and there is also a new influx of players from other games\guilds moving in, and enjoy the game. So, if u're lost in the world so far, undecided on the realm yet, or simply cannot endure the 3-4h queues of Legions of Lettow, there are a bunch of us in the same condition. Mostly on Empire side. ATHO CITY (PVP). Everyone enjoy the game, take care!
  12. Because is 7-8am in the US and most ppl are sleeping. There are 2-3 servers on horrible queue conditions : Legions of Lettow - 2h queue atm Tomb of Freddom Nadd - 3-4h queue atm Bloodworthy - 2h? There are also 8 new servers, it seems, standard\light\heavy, but ppl seem to be too invested in them to move... but there are choices.
  13. I consider if some players realize that they can play on realms not assigned to their guilds by bioware? i understand most servers are full and queued, but small guilds or so, can move together to another realm, instead of "BIOWARE assigned me here, its my post!" complains. Servers will get increased caps, more servers will open up (just today 10 servers popped up, 6 US and 4 EU - at least), so, hang on for a couple of days... dont forget the official launch is at the 20th...
  14. That's what everyone expects, and should demand, upon the 20th. Absolutely.
  15. Not a fanboy, far from it aswell. If people didnt get early access, they would whine they wanted it. Floodgates opened, people want 1000 more servers. Then what? In 1 month, when server population stabilizes, half those servers, if not more, will be dead or empty, and ppl will complain about mergers and free transfers. I played for a long time on a very empty WOW realm, so i really can endure 2-3 days of queues to get healthy servers. No need for hasty decisions, at least for me. At least wait until the 20th to see what happens, at the official launch. Then everyone should complain if this mantains.
