It doesn't. The fact that someone owns one means they went through the ordeal of getting it; and by that, killing the boss in the 16m NiM and getting the drop. No level 1 newbie would ever wear this; someone that already owns it should have the right to have it on any other character.

I just had the same problem!! I got disconnected from my character in the middle of a warzone, and when I logged back in, I got rolled back, and ALSO LOST ITEMS I was selling on the GTN!!!!!!! Plus I had already sold some of the items but never received the mail with the credits within the hour ALSO HAPPENED ON THE HARBINGER

Ofc it can't be SWTOR without Bioware screwing up AT LEAST something in a patch. The alert is bugged for those who got Legendary status.

Pulled every HM FP for the event in pugs (took a couple of tries for manaan, rishi, lost island, maelstrom and blood hunt).. it only takes a group of people that know what they are doing.

What most people fail to realize is the fact that its not a "core part", Its just extra. Think of it as a story from a comic book / videogame that happens between episodes from the original SW trilogy, but are not even mentioned in the movies. The story of the chapter itself gives a finale to the Shroud quest series from 2.0, a series that is pure optional, hence if you havent done that, this bonus chapter doesnt make much sense.

Super disappointed. This is what I was expecting the most from the patch... now you tell me it's going to be another 4-6 weeks 'til you "have news". I already have to hold my grudge for waiting a month 'til you release 1 chapter. Seriously the game is becoming boring af. Instead of delaying content, you should be pushing it to release it sooner...........

What's more, to be honest, I was expecting some changings towards the new PvE content. Nothing Bioware brought "new" made a change on the Ops or the Class itself for them. RDPS still have the very huge ammount of advantage, and if I'm to say I'm not going to roll for an RDPS to clear content, TBH **** ranged... they always get the best out of the game. The Trooper is so overpowered that it annoys me... and rather than balancing the classes you bring us some stupid utility for PVP (which I doubt anyone will ever use...) Seriously after weeks of arguing and exploiting the forums for a change: WE-GET-THIS? GG Bioware... *claps*

Sorry but, What the actual ****... Is this all that is coming for us? Nothing to make the new operations fair for mDPS at all? Seriously how low of Bioware... Needless to say that we were already screwed in PvP pre 3.0, now we are even more screwed in 3.0 and also in PvE too...? Wow

DPS on Sent/Maras are fine! The problem is the new operation bosses...... Devs should make the fights fair for sents.
