  1. So last night I join a PUG for an uprising. We wipe on the first boss twice. The tank in the group died first both times. No healers in the group. It happens. However, he then asked me to respec to heals...on my Gunslinger. You know, the straight DPS class that has never had a heal spec in the 5 years this game has been live. I asked him if he was new to the game. Supposedly he'd been playing for awhile. I knew then he was incompetent fool and I just left the group. I can't deal with that level of stupidity. That's what I get for joining a PUG.
  2. We are actively seeking members for both Republic and Empire. Have questions? Review the links provided above or seek us out in game.
  3. With the holidays behind us, we are very active on Empire and Republic sides. We are looking to run 16 man guild runs as we continue to build the ranks on both sides. Please contact us if you have any questions.
  4. Feel free to check us out at http://www.newoutriders.org We offer raiding on Republic and Empire and on separate days to offer you the opportunity to raid on both sides without worry of missing out. That's once you get your characters up to speed. Very friendly and very active.
  5. Thanks Tundrra! I have been assigned as an Imperial Overseer of sorts. If you're interested in joining us in restoring glory to the Empire, contact Davkir or Dav'kan for more information.
  6. Hello to all of you. My guild recently returned to WoW and other pursuits while I decided to stay put here. As much as I enjoyed their company, I have no desire to return to WoW. We had an Imperial based guild where I have 3 level 50's (Sniper, Operative, and a Juggernaut). I have run solo for a couple of months and haven't been enjoying it recently. So, to change things up a bit, I decided to start up a Jedi Sentinel and see what its like on the other side. Both sides are great, but I am enjoying it on the Republic side right now. Davkair, my Jedi Sentinel, is level 46 currently and should be at 50 shortly. I am looking forward to the flashpoints and ops from this side from a story perspective. Mechanics wise, they are all the same as we know. So, here are some details about me that you can use to determine if I am a viable match for your guild on a preliminary level. Character Name: Davkair Class: Jedi Sentinel LS/DS: LS RP Friendly: I don't really do RP to be honest and the only reason I am on an RP server was due to my old guild. However, that doesn't mean I can't participate. I am also never the kind of person to kill someone's RP experience. Endgame experience: I have completed all of the flashpoints. For Ops, I have run 8 man EV and KP. Didn't really get to run much beyond that with the guild unfortunately. I am eagerly looking forward to running more. Age: 31. I am simply mentioning it since it may be a factor for some guilds as I have seen it in the past. Availability: I am normally available throughout the week from 8pm-11pm EST. On the weekends I am much more available, but I do need some notice as to when we would be running ops so I can juggle my gaming and my social life. Gaming style: I am a casual gamer. My married life and work take priority over the game. Fortunately I have a wife who understands my stress relief which is SWTOR . In return, I can't let this game consume every moment of free time I have. What type of guild am I looking for: A guild that understands the casual gamer. A guild that understands I am not heavy into RP. A guild that actually runs ops. Other MMO's played: DAOC, EQII, WOW. I hope this answers many preliminary questions most guilds ask. If there any additional questions, please ask in game or through the site. Thanks to all that took time to read this.
