  1. I was under the impression this was supposed to be fixed in this patch, however during the Shadow of Revan mission to complete the Legacy of the Rakata flashpoint, Commander Rand is not present and it is impossible to progress further since you are required to kill him to unlock the door to move to the final bosses.
  2. Did the same, and the stupid thing about this is that the companion version saber is labelled as a Cartel Market platinum, so it is incredibly easy to fall foul of this. I didn't spend vast sums of credits on the saber though I can see first hand how easy it is to do so. How this wasn't picked up prior to the patch is beyond me. It would be very poor form to not do the bare minimum of returning lost credits to those who raise the issue in a ticket. I've sent a ticket and messaged Eric, I'm not holding my breath for a refund but if you don't ask you dont get.
  3. It hadn't occurred to me at the time but now that you have mentioned this, this legacy name bug has only manifested itself with a person who is on my friends list also. I was perplexed as to why only I was being affected by the bug in my guild and this might go some way to explain it.
  4. Had the same issue where another guild member appeared to have the exact same legacy name as myself when I was checking the roster. Upon them logging in, it switched back to their usual legacy name. Seems very odd that this is bugged like that. edit: It seems that when they log in to their characters, their legacy name is returned to normal. The remaining offline alts of the player who had logged in are still showing the same legacy name as mine.
  5. Opened a couple of hundred T4 crates, I got 1 MWS and 0 252 gear.
  6. This must be a joke, right? Mercs, Maras and Snipers would like a word with you. Other than that I agree, their burst potential should be increased slightly.
  7. Hoping this is not intended. Do not want to level Armormech to 600 just to get access to the new Alacrity augs to upgrade my gear, when they should have been allocated to Synthweaving.
  8. I have to disagree with the last part of this quote. It may be true for healers but with respect to dps sorcs, they are perhaps marginally better than dps pts or dps jugs but are far from "perfectly fine" in a ranked setting particularly with the overabundance of mercs currently. But I do agree that in regs they are decent.
  9. I muted general chat on the fleet after about 5 minutes. The amount of childish and immature remarks was the worst I've seen in a long while. Almost all of it wasn't even worth reading, it just seemed like noise. Might give it a few days to settle down before enabling general chat again. I cant say it was one aspect of a large server that I missed.
  10. Agreed, I rarely see familiar names from The Progenitor in warzones unless I am grouped and as someone from The Progenitor who regularly participates in warzones, I have noticed a decline in the quality of PvP myself. But to suggest it's due to the merge of The Progenitor (which from observation, the issue seems to be because it was an RP server and therefore players must be bad ) seems a little unfair.
  11. I have come across this player on The Progenitor and have reported them for hacking and their use of appalling derogatory language a few months ago. The incident in question they picked up the Huttball mere seconds after the match started and were able to move through walls. Also managed to get into the spawn area of OPG before the match started and began attacking everyone. The fact that it appears very little, if anything, has been done despite a detailed report of the incident (and the many reports by other people) is shocking. As far as I am concerned, hackers/cheaters should be permanently banned.
