  1. Here's an extensive -- and I mean extensive -- Huttball strategy guide that references some of the great threads from this forum. You can TL;DR it down to "pass the damn ball," but there's a lot of useful tips and tricks and general strategy for getting into the right mindset.
  2. I think this is a great suggestion. I can't wait to try this out in GW2; I wish SWTOR would have a similar system. Maybe it isn't too late?
  3. GameFront.com posted an article on SWTOR's PvP. It's pretty long, but it analyzes the most important problems facing PvP and proposes some solutions to improve the PvP experience. Some of these solutions are things I've seen suggested on these forums. Excerpt: If you could change one thing about SWTOR's PvP, what would it be?
  4. Not only have I felt like I've been getting fewer missions, I've distinctly noticed that there are fewer missions available on the GTN. So either everyone is suddenly buying missions really quickly on the GTN on my server, or we're all getting missions less often.
  5. GameFront.com has coverage of this issue, and even linked to this thread.
  6. Walk up to your holoterminal when there is no active quest on it and click on it. For a split second, your character will shift to the true high-res textures. There will be a change in lighting as well, which may deceive you into believing it's simply a lighting change, but as you can see in my images, there is a distinct change in the crispness of the textures themselves, regardless of lighting. Peace, -Rhykker
  7. Just wanted to pitch in my evidence to the evidence pile: http://img51.imageshack.us/img51/5493/hirez.jpg I understand that the higher texture quality can cause poorer performance, but that should be our decision to make. The textures are there. Why not let us use them? Peace, -Rhykker
