  1. Recently came back after a long absence. Never ran any Ops previously but have now started doing so. My question concerns going back and completing an Op that you didn't finish. Ran a SnV up to the the final boss, but as we had a few key people leave the Op leader decided we didn't have enough to finish off Styrak. So if I join another SnV from the beginning I assume there isn't much issue, I just progress along with everyone else. But what if I join one that is jumping in at a different point, say the Arms Dealer? If I take the speeder will it put me where ever the owner of the instance is, or drop me off where my character left off?
  2. Kashyyyk as a full blown planet, Yavin IV and Endor as destinations in a flashpoint.
  3. Nope, you don't need to replace your lightsaber at all if you don't want to, just all it's parts. My Sentinel used the first two he got right up to 50 and only recently replaced one of them with one of the Champion PvP ones. The mods, color crystals, and enhancements are like the rest of your moddable gear - important to replace at regular intervals when it's feasible. The only part that you really want to make sure you keep up to date is the hilt, as that determines the damage rating of your saber(s).
  4. I don't think its really a secret anymore, but just in case I'll add the spoiler tag.
  5. To be clear, its not level specific so much as class story progression specific. My Sent was 36-37 by the time I started Balmorra, let alone picked up Doc. As someone else mentioned, companions don't typically become full fledged (as in being able to send them on crew skills) helpers until the end of whatever planet you pick them up from. Doc does join you as a 'Guest' companion though relatively early in the Balmorra progression which allows him to accompany you for the rest of the planet and you can start gearing him out.
  6. Jaesa on the Sith Warrior side has the same problem. If you enter combat, defeat whatever it is and then exit combat, she'll put the saber away. However, as soon as she reappears to you from entering a new zone, hopping on and off your speeder, etc., the saber is back out.
  7. Holy crap. I've been playing I don't know how many hours a day since day 1 of early access (I'm sure my wife has a full accounting...) and had no idea you could zoom out farther. Thats awesome, thanks.
  8. Plus you can spend the talent point to make it free after a Force leap. Minor amount of range is another plus.
  9. Running dailies on my Immortal spec I use Jaesa. Only have to stop and heal every 4-5 fights. I've tried going back and using Quinn (haven't used him since I picked up Jaesa) and it just seems slower. Jaesa is moderately well geared out but not exceptionally, and she still puts out really nice DPS. The few seconds it takes for me to heal up every few fights is MUCH more than made up by the speed we chew through mobs. While I'm not much into the RP side, I like having an "apprentice" around and the whole bit with Quinn's story late game kinda irked me. Nother reason for Jaesa.
