What i adore is how people are calling this a 'new' event... its been done before with just as much backlash then as now. Bioware has learned nothing. The best part of the event last time? THEY WIPED THE ACHIEVEMENTS AT THE END. Now.. since i had the available slots at the time... i did it, i leveled 8 new toons to redo the story. I was one tier short of legendary... yes, i got the speeder, the armor set. Even earned Hexid and Ragnos. This time? i don't think I'll put the effort in. Why should i? There are no new rewards.. should i do it again to have my achievements wiped again? This entire event amounts to "We have no ideas... so play the entire game again." edit: oh.. missed that it was a necro thread.. oh well

Agreed... before, i didn't care if i got a bad team or not. Even if we got continually matched against the ranked premades who just wanted too farm kills (i never really understood this concept... why? Its not like you got rewards for it.). Atleast i knew that after 4 matches... I'd still atleast get my daily for my trouble. If we won.. it was done in two. If we're having a decent day, we might go for the full weekly in one day. Now, there's no point. I'll queue for one, maybe two matches... if it's just the premade ranked teams... my guild just drops and goes to do FPs or Heroics instead. That can't be good for queues over time.

buy the unknown pieces from the chick who sells them for fragments alone.. deconstruct them. Gather legendary embers. Sell. Profit. I have no issue spending my fragments once I got the decos I wanted.

Don't worry.. ranked players have been coming into regs for weeks and ruining those games too. My friends and I always avoided ranked for its toxicity. But now even Regs are no fun when you get pitted against BiS premades. I mean.. you do realize how hard a decently geared PT can hit? The only way we figured out how to take them down is to survive the initial onslaught.. but even then.. when you have 3 guys who can each hit you for 90k with one hit.. what's the point? We haven't done more than two pvp matches in a row in almost 3 weeks.. there's just no point.

First place will get a guaranteed named commander spawned for them. Shielded so that no other guild can attack it. The Named commander is guaranteed to drop a purple framework.. which on Star Forge are selling for 30-60 mill a piece.

Not just queue.. for those of us already logged in. Lag spikes and, in my case, I could not move beyond 30 meters, go to my SH or my guild SH. And then I crashed out to character select.

Yep.. still no fix as of today.. And tickets are going unanswered. Apparently it was more important to screw up conquest even more than before than fix issues like this.

Still broken today.. I even put a ticket in about it.. no response.

The scorpion weapon rack in the new cartel pack.. not donatable to the guild.. but decos from the FP are? Really Bioware? Donating decorations to a guild is a perfect credit sink in this game.. why are you locking away things like this?

Everytime we go through this.. its not a queue. The client side launcher just doesn't know how to show you that the login server is down. The only way it can display it is to throw you into a not-really-existant queue .. that's why your number goes forever higher instead of lower. Until abruptly, the server is back up and you can hop in.

I can tell you that its not working.. My tank is not getting very much Tanking gear from her command crates. I feel sorry for the healers who are going nuts trying to keep me alive with her DPS gear.

I thought it was just me.. my guardian tank has gotten a grand total of one tanking ear piece and an implant.. on the other hand.. she has accuracy and crit to envy! edit: Also.. She's gotten 3 sniper rifles and an assault cannon. Yay?

I don't see why removing the ability to target NPCs was neccesary.. its not like they changed the drop rate to compensate..
