I'm a returning player, I played from beta through the first couple of years. Is it now common for the website to have heart attacks when trying to purchase coins etc? I just went through 4 calls to customer service to get my sub back up and running. I've tried purchasing cartel coins and keep getting a message that "this service is currently unavailable for this account" each time. When I was on the phone last with a rep I was getting a run around about certain gates need to be tripped before it will go through and to wait for up to 24 hours before I try to purchase again... I've never seen a company that makes it so hard to purchase from.
