New and poor players will be the only ones who feel anything from these costs at all. Is it possible to make these credit sinks take into account the amount of credits on one's account and adjust accordingly? Higher costs for someone who's super rich, for example, than someone who's broke.

The republic healer ratio on my server in general makes me rage.

Lots of venomous republic posting here... namecalling empire with things like "They're all emo" "Buncha alliance kiddies" and whatnot. I see this in every thread that becomes republic vs empire and y'all wonder why people roll empire. Why not make a better showing for your faction? Try giving legitimate reasons for us to want to roll republic instead of throwing insults and then calling the -other- side the immature one. =P

Yes. I see a lot of potential beyond the rocky release period that all MMOs have.

1: A side advancement path based near-precisely off entertainers from SWG that anyone could partake in without effecting their combat class. They'd have to be in cantinas to do their thing (buffs, changing people's appearances, etc). 2: Same sex romances right now. (And not just tossing us a fugly 'token lover' like Juhani in KOTOR1... ugh!) 3: To not go bald when I have a hood or hat on.

So she can stop a lightsaber with her bare hands, has shatterpoint, was powerful enough to turn the tide of a battle pitting mundane troopers against other force users single-handedly, her powers of foresight are apparently stronger than any other jedi of her time, has torn jedi-killer droids apart without effort, her force empathy is strong enough that she can almost read minds, she can divide by zero, she -can- believe it's not butter, she's counted to infinity twice, and other ridiculous feats. What did I miss?

She falls into the god-mode style Mary Sue classification for the following reasons: DBZ style blasts of force energy, danced through a dozen sith like they were red-shirts, and (let's not forget) she blocked a lightsaber with her hand. Who does that? In my experience watching the movies... when hand meets lightsaber hand loses. The hand loses badly. This reeks of god-mode Mary Sue. I'm willing to listen to any points you might have to make, though. I should also note that this is just my personal opinion. Don't think I'm trying to force it down your neck. I sometimes feel like I gotta point this out so nobody gets their frilly little pink panties in a knot reading my posts.

They can talent their charge to give 'em a short speed boost. Probably what they're seeing.

Add missions that involve crossing a big-wig anyone can partake in that are highly lucrative but clearly state they'll flag you for a bounty. Whoever decides to take these 'bait' missions will enter their name into the bounty system for a certain number of kills depending on the 'value' of the mission they took. Make it so that they flag to each other and only each other until the hunter's gotten his/her one kill. I know it isn't perfect but it's just a rough idea I had. Since it's a voluntary system... it'd work on PVE servers too.

I ain't gonna insult the other side, this time. I'm an empire player myself. I found sith to be a more enjoyable RP notion than the emotionless jedi. We aren't all broody little kids wanting to be dark and mean. We're just sick of playing the jedi or good guy like every other SW game has forced down our necks.

Any caster class is gonna stomp face if they hang back behind the front lines and are allowed to wreak havoc... in what MMO hasn't this been the case? This is why sorcerers/sages are hurting people so bad... people stand around pondering the deeper mysteries of their belly buttons while letting it happen! Get in there and chew their faces off or duck around behind a corner until they focus on someone else and then get in there. However don't complain when you stand there and let them go nuts on you... that's what kills people. While I'm at it... let me see these, so-called, super crits you keep yammering on about? Print Screen key is up there. Make sure we can see your gear and the sorcerer's gear too. If you're telling the truth then you got no reason to deny us proof.
