To those who may be considering getting the Mobile Security Key through the iPhone app, PLEASE WRITE DOWN YOUR SERIAL NUMBER / PRODUCT KEY before downloading. A quick story: I synced my iPhone to my computer like usual, and upon finishing the syncing the swtor app had disappeared. Just like that. I went to reinstall the app, and it asked me for my serial number/product key AGAIN. However, I needed my account to access the information, and I needed a security key to access my account. After two hours on hold, customer service contacted me and deleted the security key from my account. I did a little research and found that I was not the only one this happened to. So please, write down the information somewhere in case you get locked out of your account. Thanks for reading!
