Wow at release had less content then SWTOR does but wow at endgame in vanilla felt more rewarding. Gear did not rain from the heavens onto all who played. It would take work to get upgrades.
SWTOR feels small, very small, and WOW feels small now as well. In swtor I have not left RF in 2-3 weeks on my 50 because well I can make it to the operations and I can queue from their. I refuse to queue from any planet because of the horrible load times and I am running the game on an SSD.
WoW at release felt larger because the non instanced world (other then dungeons) right now in swtor it is so broken up and the zones are so poorly designed with walls everywhere.
I understand why dev's did it so you can cram more content into a smaller area and make people take more time doing the content due to the fact you have to run around walls all the time.
I had such high hopes for this game but now in PVP it feels like stun stun, dead. Just repeat that over and over again. On Illum because we are outnumbered by a good 4:1 ratio is not worth even going to when you cannot leave your fort.
Currently I am only logging in to do Operations and that is getting boring since even Hardmode operations are a joke. There is no challenge in PVE in this game and PVP is broken beyond belief. Once GW2 comes out I and the majority of my guild will be quitting. That is about another 40 people who feel that they were deceived by BW
I would love to go back and play EvE but right now its a numbers game and no one will engage me and my buddies unless they outnumber us 2:1.
