  1. i dont see how lethality can be viable without weakening blast, 30% more damage every 15 seconds is alot

  3. i leveled 20-40 as a healer....killing was alittle slower obviously, but you're pretty much unstoppable welll....yea, what the hell else would it be?
  4. reading comprehension much? the point is people cry for a nerf because operatives did it to ONE person every couple minutes, and bioware caves. yet this Jugg spec allows them to do the same thing, but with a damn AoE, and no one says anything and just lets it go
  5. pre- 1.1 gameplay is what's fueling this nerf to begin with.....and thats the entire issue with all of it. you cant "balance" classes based of an older version of the game, but thats exactly what they are doing
  6. thats fine with me if they want lethality to me more PvE focused, instead of concealment. but in order to do that the entire Spec needs A LOT of work the most important issue with the entire lethality spec is there is no way to gain TA's without shiv outside of the HS opener, both concealment and medic both have unique ways of earning TA's to help boost the output of the spec, but lethality is half assed in that department. then along those same lines is how all the key attacks are ranged attacks, which dont matter because you HAVE to be in melee to shiv every 6 seconds. if they want lethality to shine in PvE then they need to make the needed changes to the spec BEFORE tweaking the other, or at the very least the same time. just nerfing a class because of PvP and leaving the effects it will have on PvE in a "lets wait and see" state is just irresponsible, not to mention unacceptable

  8. this, when i was spec'd heals for leveling i heard it all the time, no more now that im DPS though
  9. but you dont have the 3% more cunning... i would drop the 2 points in the slow for corrosive grenade, and the 1 point in shield probe cooldown for 3% more cunning
  10. you wont use your gun much at 50 except for the occasional overload shot, and the free attack you had at level 1. unless you're one of "those" people who choose operative and start from cover to snipe spam,lmao
  11. not sure why you think lethality wouldnt use backstab. sure its not the staple skill of the build, but lethality is DoT based.. so when all the DoTs are already up, and everything else worth using is on cooldown/not available. backstab would be your go to skill
  12. i know what the TC is talking about, i see it pretty often, being told im out of range, or "target conditions not met" when they CLEARLY are. the worst offenders though are certain droid and turrret enemies that dont allow backstab unless you are facing the FRONT, or at the very least, slightly on their side. i play this game at 90+ FPS and 90-100ms latency

  14. reading comprehension issue or just ignorant? i wasnt saying its "hard" in general. i was saying that the other 2 specs have unique ways to get an extra one without having to shiv, lethality does not..how can you not see that as a problem with the spec? less TA's coming in = less Culls going out = Less dps to the entire spec
  15. but it doesnt actually fix the problem with the spec. the problem isnt being in melee range, the problem is generating TA's to begin with. who cares if you're in melee range or not?
  16. i was thinking weakening blast should just give a TA, so you can earn one on every shiv and every weakening blast..concealment gets to earn by lacerations refunds every 10 seconds or whatever, and medic gets them by chance on every HoT tick..both of those specs have something unique to thier spec that allows TAs to be earned in ways other than shiv. lethality does not.but if weakening blast gave one it would be even. with a 15second cooldown it wouldnt be Op either

  18. since concealment is gonna be dead for PvE im looking into a lethality build, having never used one it appears energy consumption is a much smaller issue due to talents, but im not sure. looking at this spec there are 2 points left over. im thinking "concealed attacks" or "endorphin rush". any comments on which way would work out best? is endorphin rush overkill for energy regen with combined with the talents lethality already gets? or would the extra energy to use other attacks outweigh the bonus crit chance of backstab? http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#401bcZhZhrrkrMhdhR.1
  19. the only guide you need - step 1: re-roll to one of biowares pet classes instead of the step child they dont want playing any PvE content done
  20. they dont care, they would rather piss off the 5% of players who play this class than everyone else
  21. this, stealth bar is freaking useless. allowing even basic macro use would be a MUCH better improvement, and would allow people to clean up their screen alittle until we get a UI
  22. i dont see why everyone has such a hard one for this. it frees up only 2 hotkey slots... hidden strike, an sleep dart..ohhhhhhhh better have an entire stelath bar mechanic for 2 *********** skills
  23. i was able to abandon ONE grey mission today, i got excited because i thought it was fixed, then i looked at all the rest of them and noticed i couldnt get rid of them. would be nice to get a patch hat fixes more than it breaks. or at the very least bioware needs to adpot a hotfix policy, rather than leaving us with broken crap for weeks just to pile it all on at once, only for it to not work anyway
  24. so you're actually implying they stealth nerf'd operative damage across the board by 30%.... lmao...
