Keep in mind that in the beginning of our assault, we actually gave the Empire characters a chance to live (even level 50s). All they had to do was surrender and not attack us - hence the "you are under arrest" lines, etc. Fortunately for us, they resisted arrest I actually think OPvP like this gives the lower levels a chance to take part, because once the 50s arrive, the lower levels were just an afterthought and were able to participate without being focused down. 25% of our operations group were below level 50 and they probably had a fair share too.

Greeting, Sentinel Tanicus of <The Republic> on the Ven Zallow server here. The assault on Tatooine was organized by our guild and was a great and fun time! It was such a blast - we actually had a true "Double Agent" operative on their side taunting the players in their fleet to come and help. Within about 20 minutes, the place was crawling with Imps. After their successful defense, our double agent informed us that the empire was planning a retaliatory attack against one of our outposts. We were able to take this vital information and prepare the outpost for a successful defense. We then drove back the empire back to their outpost and continued to trade blows for another hour. We decided to give one last push through and overtake them, but they were able to hold us off with their spawn and guards like they did to us in the first attack. I think our guild leader will be posting more videos of the second assault and successful defense of our Republic outpost as well later. For the level 50 watchman players out there... do you use Riposte at all in your rotation in PvP? Thanks!

The only reason i want them is because the devs said it would not be available for at least a year after 1.2 rolls out, and that it will be a very difficulty thing to obtain.. so might as well buy them.. what else do you use credits for? lol

FYI to all who read this - you do not have to be level 50 to purchase the color crystals. I submitted a ticket and a GM told me that they are bind on pickup, and that a character of any level can buy it and store it in their inventory until they are allowed to use it. In the future, please do not say things you do not know to be true! you scared me! Thanks again for all the tips, i really appreciate it.

Do u have to be level 50 to buy it? I was just going to send the Credits to my alts to have it sit in the inventory until he reaches 50.

Unfortunately i only have 1 level 50, the shadow alt is only level 20 So that's why I'm asking if there anything else i can do to ensure i get it before 1.2 rolls around.

Hi All, I am trying to save up for the 2.5M credit white lightsaber, and to top it off, I'm a sentinel.... so i need two of them (5M credits)!! I would also like to buy one for my shadow alt, so that makes it 7.5M credits!!! So far i have been doing the Ilum & Belsavis PVE dailys, the three space dailys, and the two PvP dailys. I have also been running slicing missions and selling the purple missions on the GTN. My questions to all of you is: 1) Are there any normal flashpoints I can farm that have the same productivity of the dailys? 2) What else would you suggest doing to make some credits? Any other professions? Any and all advice will be appreciated! I seemed to have made about 1 million credits in a week, and judging off that output, i don't know if i will make the 1.2 deadline in time. Thanks again for your help!

Hi all, Have a question on what max companion affection bonuses are there? I have heard several different responses and would like to try and get an accurate response. I know max affection increases the chance of success and reduces the time to do something, but i also heard max affection increases your chances to crit on missions and crafting. So simply, does max affection increase your chance to crit and get purple materials, etc? If so, by how much?

Thank you for the responses - i think i am getting the "grass is greener" effect between the two classes!! It seems like pvp wise shadows (tank-spec) help the team more with their support and tools and may lead to more wins, while Sents do greater damage and take people out. Does that kind-of some up the pvp playstyles? As far as PvE endgame goes, are Sents good for nightmare flashpoints, etc?
