  1. As stated in my OP, I've done all of this. I've even done the Heroics in the past. But it's been over a year. When I return to Lt. Marklo now,( the guy outside of the hallway to the zone in) the only options I have are STORY and REFUSE QUEST.
  2. Are the Star Fortress heroics still in the game? I have completed all chapters for KOTFE and KOTET and have all companions unlocked. I've completed Battle for the Stars initial quest given by Miot Dengd and have all the alliance alert companions unlocked. However when I talk to Lt. Marklo on Odessen the only option I have available is story mode. I haven't done the star fortress heroics for a very long time and have been looking to finish off some of my missing achievements. Any help on what I'm not doing right?
  3. Now if you'll just add that color wheel to our character creation process. In fact, revamp the entire process and give us slider bars to modify facial features, as well as height and weight. And separate selections for horns, jewelry, tattoos. Yeah that would be nice. Oh and some actual gameplay content would be great too. Ossus is nice and all, but the last update was 2 years ago.
  4. I've had this on my mind and from reading several different posts I see a few other people have too. The current character creation process needs to go. It is too limited and every character ends up looking the same. It's time we were given full control over this in the form of slider bars. We need options for facial features, heights, weights, color wheels so we can select the skin, hair and eye colors that we want. We need separate options for our Zabrak characters when it comes to horn and tattoo patterns. Not have them on the same options scale but different scales. Separate options for our Twi'lek characters when it comes to Lekku and Lekku patterns. More hairstyles. And I don't mean four of the same hairstyle with a ponytail added to one and a stray strand hanging down to make another. I mean completely different hairstyles. Jewelry. Not just the few limited horn decorations for Zabraks. Earrings and piercings. Only Ratattaki have these options. I know I know, it's a Ratattaki cultural thing. So you're telling me out of the billions of people in the galaxy, nobody else has pierced ears? Or a pierced nose or lip? I've seen it pointed out about the extra programming and code that it would take and the necessary space to do it. I might have an option for that to free up the extra space. Get rid of the stations above some, if not all of the planets. You have to dock at a station, then go through an airlock, then go to a shuttle, then take the shuttle down to the planet. Eliminate all that and just let us fly straight to the planet. Another option would be to get rid of the long taxi rides. Alderaan is the worst. The instant cooldown of the quick travel was a great step in the right direction. But not everyone is a Sub and can do that. The taxi travel on Makeb and Yavin 4 could be an option. Something that comes up when you click on the taxi. Scenic Route or Just get me there. So I've rambled enough. Bioware I sincerely hope that you're listening to the growing number of us that want more control over the way our characters look. Afterall, some of the fun of playing an MMO is creating your unique character.
  5. /signed. Although I just unsubbed so *shrugs*. Just tired of paying for wash, rinse and repeat gameplay and basically being ignored as a player by the company when it comes to what we want in a game. Paying for new, and extremely limited content is garbage. Call it whining, call it whatever you want, I don't care anymore and I'm not paying for it and I'm not playing anymore. Goodbye and goodluck with the abortion.
  6. I think you misunderstood what I was trying to say. Yes I'm aware of the cooridante systems in the upper left hand corner of the world map. What I was referring to was being able to plot a waypoint and have it appear on the map as a marker the way mission objectives do. Anyone who's ever played swg knows what I'm talking about. You could type in /way 123, 456 and a marker would appear on your map and you could follow it to a specific location or even an item that may be partially hidden by some terrain. But like I said, it's no biggie thta it isn't in the game. I just thought it would be eaiser to explain directions to somoene since I'm not very good at that sometimes.
  7. I agree. And I bet the OP is probably someone who pvp's for 10 hours a day and takes great pride in his gear stats and his comms and where he is on the leaderboards at the end of each match, yet he has the nerve to act confused about someone else being interested in achievments.
  8. The Tarentatek Mauler is part of the Sith Inquisitor and I think warrior phase. It is a class quest mission in which you have to free Khem Val and the two of you fight it together. Sadly, if you've already completed this quest the only ways to get it is to either wait around for an Inquisitor who is attempting the quest and then group with them or, the long path - make a new toon and do it again. Hopefully they will fix this and realize that if you've left Korriban and have completed the class quests they should give you credit for the kill. The give you credit for any heroic missions and storyline quests you've already done so why not this as well.
  9. I've always wondered why it costs about 50 credits to travel 20k parsecs from one system to another. (which 1 parsec equal about 19 trillion miles. So 20k parsecs is....wow that's a long way for only 50 credits) But yet on some planets like Voss for example, it will cost you 1,000-1500 credits to travel about a thousand meters to another camp. I'm in the wrong business. I need to open a taxi stand.
  10. 1. The game is fun. If you're not having fun, then you're doing it wrong. 2. Yes, lets take away gear from the players that's a good idea (sarcasm). 3. Although I do like the idea of being able to "unbind" an item to trade or sell it, it is by no means a deal breaker. There are plenty of equivilant types of gear out there that are BOE so you can trade or sell them. And as far as trading across factions - you can. Mail it to the player or trade it directly. 4. Just about every mmo does this. It's common practice and it's never going to change. Deal with it. 5. Spoken like someone who's never been a partner to anything or even been to business school. Since you like rules so much....Rule 1 - If I'm contributing money and my registered trademark is going on your product, I'm going to have some say in the development and/or representation of said product. Regardless of whether you like the game or not, this is how it's done. Again, deal with it. 6. There is free space between factions. The cantina on Nar Shaddaa. Mixing of factions occurs there daily for social interactions. The reason why you don't see rebs and imps on each others space stations is well...there's a war going on between the factions and i don't know if you've ever heard of war or warfare, but generally speaking, the opposing factions don't tend to socialize at each others base of operations. 7. You speak of having gaming decisions forced on us and then you suggest this. First of all, you can duel anyone you like. Simply challenge them. If you want to make a bet on the duel, that should be between the players, not the game manufacturer. 8. Really long list you made there of everything that doesn't work. I can tell you did your homework there. First of all, groupfinder does work. It works just fine. People not queing for groupfinder is not the fault of the company. If someone doesn't want to que then oh well. Again, deal with it. 9. This service offered for free. And there is also a nominal subscription fee for those who wish to pay. Have you even played this game? 10. DEAL WITH IT!
  11. Here's a thought. DON'T PLAY THIS WEEKEND.
  12. I'd like to see some new gear too. Not just the same gear over and over again in different colors.
  13. No problems there. As long as there isn't a class or armor restriction then you can equip any piece of gear to your companions.
  14. RP is what you make of it and where you make it. I've even seen people RP'ing a swimming competition on Ord. There's no need for specific areas for RP because it's wherever you want it to be. Tap into that imagination and crack on.
  15. hmmm, sure. because when i think of star wars i of course also think of fishing. /no
