I have also been asking for it for a long time, even when it was in beta. Would be a great way to pass the time for players who are bored or tired of doing the story or doing PVP. Just sit back, and play cards.

We ever going to get Pazaak in SWTOR? I don't care if it's just against NPCs, this needs to be added!

So, decided to sit down and read Fatal Alliance for a third time, great book; but I got to wondering. Are any of the characters (that survived of course), in the game anywhere? If so, where? I had heard that Larin is somewhere on Coruscant, but have yet to find her.

In my own opinion. I don't like it being forced on players and I feel that it should have been optional. However, this is my opinion, and in no way does it affect my game play since I rarely go to lower level planets anymore.

Like the Force Ghost thing, I was misinformed about that in the lore and thus was corrected. This is how I learn and grow as a person. Actually I have done both. As I said at the end of the initial post, this thread is not to be taken seriously and I am just having fun by creating a thread not discussing the companion nerf or upcoming buff. Not threatening to unsub for blah blah reason. Just pure fun and getting people to talk about something else entirely. Which I have succeeded in doing.

Warning, some spoilers will be mentioned! So what's up with all the "soft Sith" we are getting now? Lana seems to have gone soft, (and maybe a bit disloyal for those who romanced her) but she covers it well with her intelligence. And then later on, we come across another former Sith Acolyte hiding on Nar Shaddaa who is more concerned about protecting the people of Nar Shaddaa. Just makes me miss Jaesa all the more. I want my blood thirsty wife back. Also, don't take this post to seriously. This was done in fun and in good spirit.

I think this was tacked on at the last minute. I only recently saw a tweet from SWTOR about it. All the while, throughout all the advertisement for Battlefront, nothing was ever mentioned about SWTOR items.

From what I understand from Erics post, is that companions are not going back to the OPness they had prior, but they are getting a small buff to compensate for the over nerf they did to certain roles. Now granted, this is BioWare and they will probably over buff this time around.

I can't find the exact details of the deal signed between Disney and EA. Keep in mind, it is just a rumor. But every rumor is started with at least some truth in it. So for all we know, Daybreak could develop a Sci Fi MMO inspired by Star Wars, but not be Star Wars, lol.

You may get your wish. There is a rumor floating around that Daybreak Media (formally SOE) is negotiating doing a new Star Wars MMO revolving around the new trilogy. Nothing concrete solid yet sadly, but something to hope for, to add at least more options.

No need for them to hope, especially if all the "I quit" threads are actually true to their word and they unsub, yeah the forums are going to be really quiet when BioWare returns.

Because very few community members actually give any detailed advice. Most of the community as you can see in the various threads can be very toxic, and that alone turns away a lot of new players from wanting to ask for help of any kind.

So.. I actually don't fit into either of those groups.

Actually did send them a tweet on twitter. Politely asking if they were going to address the backlash in the forums about the nerf. Have yet to receive a reply.

My only real concern about #2, is without any gear, can we still customize our companions to look different from others? I really like my Jeasa's unique look that makes her stand out.

I just saw this as well while browsing through my Steam games. This is awesome! Hope BioWare does something similar with KOTOR1, which the cloud storage, achievements, and more.

Come on BioWare, what's the deal? Why don't we have Pazaak in the game yet? At the very least can set up a tier system against NPCs to avoid any potential legal issues with potential online gambling.
