I did send a PM to the credit comp winners, I don't know if any of them replied because I was absolutely shattered and was falling asleep in my chair! Thanks, it may seem a bit dramatic to be giving away all my stuff without the intention of returning. Partly it's because I don't think that BW will release any content that cannot be heavily monetised and has that wow factor. Mostly though its because I've been offered a new job with some pretty intense shifts and I just wont have the time to play anymore. I'll update the original post once everyone has responsded to my PM's.

Hello fellow forumites, As always every post needs a brief introduction, so here is mine. Enjoy! I’m not a big forum personality but I hope you’ll read what I have to say. After a lot of thought I have come to the conclusion that SWTOR is no longer the MMO for me. Although I thoroughly enjoyed the game, especially the class stories which are second to none, I just wish I could justify the subscription fee, but I can’t. To me it just feels like this game still doesn’t know what it wants to be. I also feel there are some very questionable decisions made by the management team such the disappointing PVP FAQ and the poorly communicated collections cost increase This combined with the general lack of content just leaves me bored. I have no interest in tactical flashpoints (which ironically require less tactics than their trinity counterparts), slot machines and a housing update which will most likely take up three content patches. Of course this is just my opinion and I understand housing is a much requested feature, anyway this isn’t a rant thread so I’ll stop there. Since I have no intention of playing the game any further I have decided to give away all of my in game possessions in the form of competitions and everyone who has an active forum account will have a chance to win some goodies! From a development view this kinda makes sense. If they won just one game then they could come out and say "well we managed to win a match with these classes, they can't be that bad."

I feel sorry for you OP. You used the phrase "I know this will increase sales" instead of "it might increase sales" and for some reason people are challenging your right in telling bioware how to market the CM. When I read the OP, regardless of the text used, I viewed it as a suggestion and nothing more. But I agree with the guy above regarding appearance tab. Really enjoyed this feature in Lotro and it can still work within swtor. And would definitely reduce time spent fiddling with mods.

They consider adding cross server warzone queues a waste of resources.. So a console port is definitely out of the question. Shame really since it would introduce many of my friends who do not have pc's to the game.

He was also paying for the access to the event gear, but now that's been removed and he feels that his sub value has lessened but remained the same price? I don't really see this as hard to understand. Also "to have a higher chance in nearly every RNG across the game" I have never came across this as a sub feature? Does this mean I'm more likely to get gear drops in FPs or better items in those awful packs?

This thread is hilarious. Someone asks a genuine question and gets a few varied answers. Then out of nowhere someone starts demanding proof... Seriously I can imagine some people on this forum doing this crap in real life... Forum user A over hears a table in their favourite restaurant saying "we think the steak is a bit under cooked" forum user A in a fit of rage then stands up and calls out "excuse me restaurant but that table doesn't speak for me". Forum user B asks someone for the time, they reply saying "I'm not quite sure, it must be about 1330" forum user B shakes in anger and says "what do you mean must be, provide me with some proof".

I think the problem is that Bioware have added it to the 'subscriber rewards program'. Shouldn't the rewards program reward everyone fairly? Why is my current subscription valued less than someone who doesn't even have one yet? As for the movie example. Yes the movie will be on television eventually, but this is usually about a year later, not six months later and even then it's only free because of the adverts.

It doesn't take five months to gear up. It also doesn't take five months to level two characters from 50 to 55. And don't you continue to level legacy to 50 regardless of owning the expansion or not? or are you assuming they increased legacy experience to 55 as well? Nope, we just get the 'Risen' title

What's most annoying about this is how my long time subscription is valued significantly less than someone who has just become a subscriber and someone who isn't even a subscriber yet. I mean.. someone who has been subbed for the last year is more likely to stick around than someone who has just subscribed because there is a promotion going.

You mean the same flash points I had been queuing in for the year before RotHC came out?

I love how we still need to be an active sub by that date. So it's not really a reward for supporting the game with a day one purchase of the expansion. As a subscriber I don't feel very rewarded with this new addition to the subscriber rewards.

I doubt this is even a fix.. I'm pretty sure it was their intention to only have these dyes up for a few days and then add them back to the cm a few weeks later. As for the dye itself.. I find it hard to believe they took subscriber CC allowance into consideration when pricing this dye. A four month wait for dye and they think "yeah that's reasonable". I agree, especially since this item was quite expensive. It's quite possibly that some people were sat there comtemplating whether the cost was worth it. Then when they went to buy it, it was gone.
