  1. Ah, this is a good idea! I forgot about these, thanks.
  2. Wondering if this is intentional or not. This is one of the few sets where bracers are fully visible over the gloves, yet the set has no matching bracers. If there is not intended to be a bracer for this set, could we get it so the bracers do not show over the gloves?
  3. Dhalsim would be impressed with the kind of reach in the thread title.
  4. Then you obviously haven't bought the higher level adrenals from the trainer. They're Nano-Infused, 430 rating.
  5. Yeah I made adrenals from 430 to 450. They are new at 430 I believe.
  6. I thought reputation was Legacy-wide? On the topic, I am pretty disappointed with Biochem in 2.0. The new consumables are really bad (my new tanking adrenal is straight-up worse than my old Rakata one, and the medpac is questionable too), there aren't any max level schematics, and gathering materials for these "exciting" new items is now a total pain as it is confined to a single planet that sucks to navigate or holding up my group in 55 HM FPs.
  7. Out of curiosity, why is the old armor adrenal so much better for Guardians/Juggernauts compared to the other two tanks? I hope they return these things to armor rating. Really stupid to do the work of introducing a new tier of adrenals and not do the work in ensuring their value.
  8. Tank wise, I've been more partial to my Juggernaut than my Powertech since 2.0. The class just feels very complete right now; the only other thing I think I could ask for is some kind of CC break/immunity on Intercede. We don't really much in the way of CC avoidance or protection compared to the other two tanks. Not a big deal either way, and certainly not enough to make me want to tank on my PT. Were I doing operations, I think I'd prefer to co-tank with an Assassin. The PT just doesn't have much going for it at the moment that stands apart - it's certainly good enough, but between a Juggernaut and an Assassin you can really utilize their unique cooldowns to mitigate more of the unique boss mechanics. PTs don't really seem to have much of a niche. For DPS, I have to say I feel like the two "pure" DPS classes are still at the top of the pile. There's a great combination of raw damage and group utility that makes them both easy choices. I don't have much preference between the healing classes when it comes to FPs, but I feel like Operatives got a little distanced by the other two healers when it comes to 8 and 16 player content. I'd like to see them get an improvement in AoE healing. They're all quite valuable, but push come to shove I think I'd prefer a Sorcerer or a Mercenary.
  9. As far as relics go, you're best off with a EWH/proc Absorption combination until you get the proc Defense one from SM operations (which would replace the proc Absorption). The WH/EWH Defense relics are way too good for us, and I'm sad there is not a new PvE static Defense relic (or any static stat relics). Also the new adrenal is pretty junk for us compared to the old Rakata armor ones. Don't bother with them, just get the new stim. I'm not even sure the new medpac is worthwhile since we can stack the Rakata with Endure Pain which seems a lot more valuable than a little more instant healing (though you might still want the new one on-hand for a few fights).
  10. Right now there's only a [WEEKLY] quest for 55 HM FPs. The daily reward is just for the Group Finder.
  11. I took my Jugg tank into Mando Raiders and saw both PT tank pieces off the last 2 bosses. Then I took my PT tank into Cademimu and saw the STR BM tank implant drop off both the bonus and Ortol. That was cool.
  12. The second piece was posted 18 hours ago. I am guessing around the end of the month.
  13. My main frustration when queuing for 55 HM FPs right now is with DPS that don't kill weak targets at all and generally not killing in any kind of sensible order. At least a quarter of my runs have one DPS that leads every pull focusing on the gold target(s) before doing anything else. I've taken to just reaffirming kill order at the start of every FP and even then it doesn't sink in and I'm reminding them 2-3 times throughout. One time for whatever reason I had an Assassin DPS that was taunting on cooldown. With like 23k HP. Wouldn't say a word in chat. That was awesome.
  14. Which part of that is supposed to be a troll, exactly? It's not a big deal to position so that the healer never catches shackles alongside one of the DPS, which means you always have a free person to release others. The fight might not be working as intended but it's not exactly rocket science to get around. If you're talking about the MR comment, I was being literal in that I don't know of any bugs introduced with the final boss from 2.0.1.
  15. I don't know what's wrong with Mando Raiders, but I just did Cademimu HM through GF and it wasn't a big deal.
  16. Yeah, this is pretty annoying. The weird thing is that you can see they have the ability to bind up cloth when they need to (for example looking at the Arkanian Jugg/Mara set in preview), there's got to be a way to do something simple to fix this. Even if they straight up culled part of the model when you mounted would be just fine. It's kind of disappointing that the Eradicator's set and my Overlord's Command Throne are some of my favorite items on my Juggernaut and in tandem they look really stupid.
  17. As others said, Saber Reflect really helps with this. Also, often times there's only one silver/gold on the "far" side, so I'll toss the saber at one on the side I want to tank on, leap to the lone silver/gold on the other, push it to the other side, then leap again and Smash/Crushing. When they're just weak targets out of position, you shouldn't even really muck with them, it's something DPS should be clocking out at the start of the pull. Actively ask them to at the outset if it's a group finder PUG since even though many DPS don't realize this is sort of their job, they'll totally do it if you ask.
  18. This happen to anyone else? I picked the mission up a couple hours ago after the reset, and when I logged back in a minute ago it was marked as completed and able to be turned in.
  19. Sounds like a reasonable bug to avoid pushing live. Any ETA on when the patch may be deployed?
  20. I tank in PvE on both a Juggernaut and a Powertech, and I have to agree this feels like a significant discrepancy between them. Not that they don't have other significant differences - especially in their defensive cooldowns - but this one in particular feels limiting in the current PvE landscape. It would be cool to see a root/snare break added to Intercede, I think.
  21. While there are story implications to the effects of the change, I don't believe the justification for the change has anything at all to do with the story. It's a fight that has a long history of functionality issues and complaints (warranted or otherwise). Honestly the idea that a year and a half after they released this content they would go back and change the functionality of a boss encounter to address "player buzz" about the fate of the character - especially when that very thing isn't problematic in any capacity - is kind of laughable.
  22. Pretty garbage honestly, there's no sense in changing it after so long. Why "fix" this and ruin what was a very memorable moment in this game instead of devoting the same resources into fixing his proclivity to desync positionally? Seriously guys not every spider in the house needs to get crushed with a sledgehammer.
  23. If it's the 4v4 style fight in Mando Raiders, the Knight jumps around randomly anyway. You can't really tank him.
  24. I don't play an Assassin but I do tank on a Juggernaut and a Powertech. There's definitely not a whole lot to manage on a Powertech; you keep your Heat Blast on CD when you can, and you have a few defensive CDs that are pretty straightforward. It's not mindless, but a lot of that is the simple fact that tanking of any sort isn't really ever mindless. That said, the overall value of a Powertech tank is still very comparable to the other two no matter what content you're doing, so really you need to ask yourself which play style you enjoy more.
  25. After my sub restarted from the RotHC combo deal, I had to actually attempt to use my locked-out crew skill, get the window to pop up again, and check all three boxes to re-activate the third crew skill. See if it works for you.
