The 700 ccc Treek unlock is to unlock her for your alts on the same acct you bought her on, not an alt acct. As far as I know you can't get cartel unlocks on a separate acct at a discount. To unlock Treek across your acct you can go onto a char that doesn't have her and click the collections button in your inventory to unlock her for 700cc. After doing that once it'll be free for the rest of your alts to do so.

From what I've seen BW tends to listen more to metrics and various data they gain than they do from forum QQ. There are changes needed in pvp and some class balance but I've personally run across very little overall in pvp that's broken.
