Still getting this issue even after today's update. However, I can still get into the game by ignoring the popup and selecting a toon directly.

I had the same auto download but the issue is still not fixed. I can bypass it by ignoring the popup and selecting a toon directly. But it's still annoying.

Same here. I was able to login to a toon just by ignoring the popup window. But it's still there when I change toons.

I've had this happen too, but the cantina music still plays. Its the background music that's missing, the one with the Rebel Fanfare from the movies.

Just downloaded the Romantic suite, very nice job! Have you ever thought of doing a Light Side/Dark Side suite? Given your talents with the previous suites, I'd love to hear your creation.

Wonderful stuff, keep it coming! To the poster who was having issues getting the CD from the Collector's Edition, I bought my copy off of eBay, for about $20. You might want to look into that.

I'd like to chime in on my eagerness to play a droid character as well. They couldn't be Force users, but may have other new options that are droid only? The Light Side/Dark Side scale would have to be re-worked I think. As to the question of droid sentience, the films and EU have shown lots of exceptional or special droids that are clearly sentient and have grown beyond their programming. Since player characters are be definition "exceptional" then being a sentient droid is easy.

While I agree that the music does not play often enough, I disagree with the OP about the quality of the new music composed for the game. A great deal of it sounds very Williams-esque and "Star Wars-y". There's a great deal of the original Saga music used in the class missions and many of the door missions, Flashpoints etc. I would like to see/hear more ambient music playing. Perhaps a travel music sequence while riding the flightpoint speeders or some ambient music while walking around the Fleet. I'd also like to hear the Williams music in the space battle missions, mixed in with the new stuff. Hearing the Asteroid Field or the classic TIE Fighter Attack while dogfighting would be wonderful.

I don't know if anyone saw it, but there was a shoutout to both Skyrim and The Old Republic on NCIS last night. McGee and Ziva were interviewing the manager of a computer hardware company, and as he was describing a missing employee he stated that the employee always talked about playing things like "Skyrim and something called the Old Republic..."

I agree, that would be a nice Legacy addition. Also, I would like to see the ability to have more than one Legacy/last name. I would like to have one Republic/Light Side and one Sith/Dark Side Legacy if nothing else so a different last name can be selected.
