  1. How did you manage that? Exploration xp alone would have got you close to 13. You need to do more than just your class quests to level. Having said that, if you have your ship you can do the beginning space combats for at least a level of xp, maybe even more for you.
  2. Diablo 3 may also require that you learn to play, in which case you will be frustrated again.
  3. You can keep and mod them all the way to 50.
  4. Once you get your ship, go to the hanger and go to the second floor 'balcony'. From there run up one of the support cables (one works and the other doesn't, but I don't recall which is which). If you are on the correct cable, your head will poke through the ceiling and you will get your map completion.

Orange ones (as defined by the border/text colour) are all modifiable. Some epic (purple) are also modifiable, although they have less slots. Your companions will also get green modifiable gear, so check before you replace it.
  6. It's been noticed, by players anyway. No word on a fix that I've seen though.
  7. If you have the deluxe or CE edition versions of the game you can use the holocam, which switches to first person view and drops the UI for the picture. When you say your print screen doesn't work, is it because you can't find the screenshots? If so, they should be under your user directory, for windows machines.
  8. As any PvP player will tell you (with various degrees of drama) Imperials outnumber Republic by approximately 10 billion to 1 ... give or take.
  9. Your Chiss will be part of the same legacy. You have no choice. You legacy has nothing to do with the race of the first character to reach legacy, nor with the race of any alts that follow. Consider it a gang, or an association, rather than a family. It also ignores faction.
  10. The legacy is tied to your account on a server. You will not have the option of separate legacies per race, unless you play them on different servers.
  11. I don't have a photo/screenshot handy, but mine went from bright blue skin to pale blue with the typical corruption lines. Her eyes were already red so I didn't notice any change there.
  12. I played with Jaesa pretty much as soon as she joined me. I found it more of a challenge, and I loved the character of dark side Jaesa. I did have to reequip Quinn in order to win the final class battles however.
  13. I'm having a hard time coming up with possiblities for your issues. Unlike some other classes you don't have to build up focus or anything to shoot, all you do is use up ammunition. Not sure you can run out of ammunition at level 6. How are you shooting? By default, right clicking the mouse fires whatever is in ability slot 1, so if you are using that method and have put something that needs certain conditions in there, that might be a problem. At level 6 there just aren't that many things that can go wrong. Also not sure what you mean by green load icon. If you are refering to an ablity that has disappeared, you may have accidentally dragged it off the bar. Press P to bring up the ability window and drag it back. You may not know this yet but you can change your preferences (hit esc for the menu) so that you have 4 ability bars. Alt-print screen will send a screenshot to your default directory, usually under your windows user directory.
  14. Well, as I said I hadn't seen any updates on the issue. If it's been fixed than great, I'll go try it. Edit: Yep, it worked. Thanks for the information.
  15. Buy one and don't lose it. If you lose it, or have the app and lose or change your phone, you cannot get another one. You can get it removed by calling customer service, but then you are done, you cannot apply a new key to your account. I haven't seen any updates on when this issue will be fixed.
  16. The excess use of one ingredient per tier, and the lack of missions to get that ingredient, is deliberate, as one poster above said. He seemed to do fine, while I struggle to get enough to produce the greens to re the blues, to get the reusables. But I'm probably doing it wrong. One method to get the missions you need is to refresh the list by zoning (on to your ship for example) or by logging on and off. I find the latter method to be quicker if I'm in a small cantina. Doing so is no guarantee of course, since the mission you want is the least likely to appear, but at least there is a chance of getting it.
  17. You may notice that going from a level 25 speeder to a level 40 one is only a 10% increase in speed (90% at 25, 100% at 40) and wonder if it's worth spending 210k. The big difference is the stability of the bike. At 25 you fall off if someone on the next planet looks at you funny, at 40 you can ride through a lot of hits. I assume it's even better at 50, but I don't know personally because I get to 50 and roll an alt ...
  18. Me too. Also, for the companion comparison, keep in mind that even if you have it turned on if the companion (or yourself early on) does not have an item in that slot, you will not see a comparison. That may seem obvious but even now, with too many hours played, I catch myself wondering why the companion is not showing.
  19. It sounds like you are a force user and you need to build up your focus. One of your attacks, probably the one in slot 1 if you haven't moved them around, will say on the tool tip something like 'builds 2 focus'. The other attacks use focus, so they cannot be used until you have built some up. Force leap is one that builds focus, but as a previous poster said it has both a max and minimum range (distance to target). It also has a fairly long reuse time (30 seconds?). In general, all the classes have some resource bar, which they either need to build up, or that starts full and gets used up (like ammunition for a Trooper). Pay attention to the screen messages, and they should indicate what the problem is.
  20. FYI, because some people miss this, if you select an advanced class that dual wields or uses a double light sabre, you will get a bag containing these items from your trainer. Do not accidentally sell them or throw them away. These light sabers (and the guns of other classes) are 'orange' and you will never need to replace them, just upgrade the mods in them.
  21. Any orange item is the the same as any other orange item, with the same mods in it. I would say most people change items for the look they want. For example, my original trooper cannon is in the bank because I liked the look of one I got later. Light sabers are sort of an odd thing, since the differences are so small between models that changing from your level 10 ones to higher level ones is sort of pointless (imo).
  22. There are 3 numbers. The first is the name of the item, i.e Epeen modification 12. These are sequential (1 to 23 atm), and do not change with quality (green, blue, etc.). Another number is the level. As you might expect this is the level at which you can use the mod, although I got a piece of orange equipment requiring level 30, which I could use, which had came equipped with level 32 mods, which I should not have been able to use. The equipment level overrode the mod level and I was able to equip the item. In hindsight, I don't know if the mods were active when I first used it. Level may decrease with quality, i.e. the higher the quality the lower level it can be used. I haven't noticed this on everything, but then I haven't really looked. Finally, there is the uberness number. This rates the quality based on other items of the same type. The higher the number the better it is, in general. Obviously the stats it has will have an impact on whether or not it's better for you. I assume that 135 (136?) is the top number in the game, since I've seem a few elitist LFG's requiring that for an invite to group.
  23. Ah yes, the good old days of zoning in, dying, and reading 'train to zone!'. All at the same time.
  24. Credits do come easy, but you can also spend them just as fast. You both sound fine for your level, but as you approach 20+ you will need to start saving for your scooter at 25. 40k credits for training and 8k for the bike can take a big cut if you have been overenthusiastic with your crew skill spending.
