Indeed. I use CC to make life easier but also use some tactics to make it more enjoyable. Personal preference i guess. I think my frustration comes when people don't pay attention and then complain when they get killed. I often find myself the last one living during battles due to incompetence of the other players in the group.

Yea, I appreciate that and what you are saying. Sometimes it's easier said than done with a group of people who appear to be either inexperienced or ignorant. Sometimes I can pull the fight back but a lot of thee time due to a poor group, the operation fails.

Is it just me or are do people no longer understand "Don't break the CC"? I've noticed a LOT recently that people just bash away and wonder why the group gets butchered regardless of how often you explain about CC. Anyone else noticed an increase in this?

What I may do is see if I can get a decent /better weapon but then use my WZ comms to buy loads of planetary comms and make sure that my character AND companion is MAXED. Then when I reach 50-55 start doing what you said in your first response.

Ok, that's some good advice. The armour I have is PVE and came from the Cartel Market and I've used planetary commendations to max the mod slots on it as much as possible. So considering I've done the above, what you're saying is that PVP armour at this level is pointless and no different to what I already have? In that case, I'll do as you say and wait til I 50-55 with this character and change armour then. Thanks

I've got a level 39 Mercenary and I've just started doing warzones. Played SWToR for ages but never really bothered with the warzones. What I'd like to know is: A: Can you get PVP gear at level 39? B: If you can, where do you get it from? Thanks in advance

We are trying to spec him for DPS so we have a balanced group. Wasn't meant to be inflammatory. Don's see why it could be, but that aside I was just interested in what is different between the F2P version and the paid version. I'm very much a person who likes the full access to get the most out of a game so will happily pay my way. But if the two versions are the same, then i may as well go free. if the F2P version is restriced considerably then I'll keep the direct debit goin!

Quick question... What do you get from the F2P version of the game? I would like to think that you get considerably less from it than us payers. Is it worth playing the F2P if you have previously played the normal paid version? And also, can the F2P people join paying customers on the same planets?
