  1. I can't be much more specific, but I'll try. At the time, I have no companions available due to chapter restrictions. Before entering the area, you have the option to choose who goes with you, Koth or Senya. However, neither of them are there. They'll make comments about the area you're in, but won't actually be in there. When you reach the Penthouse Lift, and upon interacting with the Lift switch, you get a red message across the screen saying that you have to summon your companion. A common message when you need a specific companion for a cutscene. However, at this junction, I should already have that companion out, but do not. They just aren't available.
  2. For well over a year now, I've been unable to complete this mission. When I get to the Penthouse Lift, I get a message stating I needed to call my companion which I am unable to do. I've done all the typical efforts - log off/login, file a ticket, file a bug. I've reset the entire chapter countless times now. I am so sick of seeing these missions now. Which is why it's been well over a year. I log in after 3-6 months, give it another go hoping that it was a known bug that has been fixed, only to find it still broken. Log off frustrated and don't play for another chunk of the year. Of which, I've been paying the monthly subscription this whole time. I see all this new content coming out, cool new storylines, and my main character I run through storylines is unable to get past even the first 9 original Eternal Throne story. I've gotten nothing but automated responses to my tickets. Bug Reports are, of course, automated. Please help.
  3. I'm stuck at the Use the Penthouse Lift part of the chapter. Senya isn't with me. Even in the cutscenes, she's invisible, but talking. I can't progress without a companion. I've Reset the chapter twice and have redone it up to the same place now 3 times. Shutdown the game, even restarted my PC. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.
  4. First off, what the hell is going on with Customer Service. It has gotten ridiculously horrendous. Since KOTFE: Chapter 10 has come out, I've lost well over a couple 100 MK-9 Components. The first few stacks I reverse engineered, I got a blank reward window. It simply displayed a Take All window with nothing to take. A week later, after I got over the phobia of losing the components again, I did some reverse engineering. At first, it was fine. So I started doing stacks of 40-50 again and started received crafting materials only. NO components. I've put in multiple tickets, and I'm getting very stale, not helpful at all, responses. It's obvious the CSR's responding to me do not play the game or know very little about it, and are being paid to BS their way through tickets. I say that, because this was what I received in their latest response: I just got shoved under a rug with that BS response! Not what I was expecting!? I was reverse engineering Polished Aluminum Armor Assembly Components which have a 100% return rate of at least 1 MK-9 Component each. Instead, I was shuffled to the forums to read the patch notes to see that I'm incorrect to assume so? Really? Here's a previous response: Are they not reading the tickets!? I said nothing about schematics. I'm so frustrated and disappointed with what customer service has become. One of the excuses given was that there has been a lot of new players and returning players, so they have a backlog... Well, I was always very impressed with customer service back before all the server mergers, and LOTS more players then - along with the nuances of launching a new game. Still, there was good customer service. This is appalling what it has become. So disappointing.
  5. OK. I don't mean to come off as completely greedy here, because I've appreciated and enjoyed the changes to crafting and crafting missions, but could we get a filter what we're looking for?? Or a dropdown list? I like that it's more stream-lined, but it still has that annoying reset when selecting a new companion to craft. That wouldn't be so bad if there was a dropdown menu for precisely what you're looking for - slicking, gems, fabric, companion gifts, underworld metals, etc. It would even be nice if that generated list would include all tiers available. So like the sorted companions based on level (thank you so much for that), it would be a sorted and filtered list as well where we can simply select the top of the list like we can now do with our companions. I don't know. Maybe that's just asking too much. But it still would be appreciated. Thanks!
  6. I use a Razor gaming mouse. The 12 buttons on the side are all keybound to my main quickbar which luckily happens to be 12 slots. My second quickbar is also bound 1-12, but with the Alt key pressed simultaneously. Easy access to 24 powers. When 4.1 went live, now my alt key will not work with any number key. I can keybind Alt and any OTHER key, but not numbers. What happened??
  7. I was in Downtime Funtime from post one to 5 hours later. I got nothing but a massive headache. Appreciated Eric's effort, and it was my own fault for staying in there so long, but I doubt he'll try something like that again. That being said, a couple of days compensation wouldn't make up for the mess this week. I STILL can't get my keybinds to work. At least my Armormech is working again. But I wouldn't even notice a couple of extra days. Sadly, all we'll probably get for compensation is a 2XP weekend. Don't get me wrong, 2XP is nice, but I'd rather have Cartel Coins that I spent at least an accumulative hour's worth of the 5 hours I spent in Downtime Funtime yelling at my screen because it wouldn't load.
  8. That was the point. During Beta, the gear on the characters during the Character Creator page were previews of what you would become by the time you reached level cap. That was not the case. It didn't appear till much later, and as Cartel purchase.

  15. This the worst I've ever seen, and I've also played several MMO's over the past 14 years. All patches come with bugs. But you could at least play the game. A small delay maybe, but not like this. This is bad. I'm sure the developers are frantically scrambling to resolve the issue. At least, I hope they are. It better not be calm and serene with people walking around with coffee in their hands leisurely strolling in contemplation...
  16. Hey, hey, hey! He was trying to alleviate frustration. Not all ideas can be gems or even GOOD. He definitely has learned a lesson of what not to do in the future.
  17. At least not by you, but somebody will miss him. I'm sure several people will miss him - that is, if they don't quit as well because of this fiasco. The point is, we're customers. I don't buy into "The customer is always right," but I do stand by that you do whatever it takes to take care of your customers - especially when return business is quintessential to the survival of the business.
