They aren't laying people offer so they can hire new people and improve their company, they are laying people off because they don't want to spend extra money on a game that is losing many subscriptions.

Why are PVE'rs coming into this thread to say that they don't even like PvP and it doesn't matter to them? This is the PvP section of the forums, this thread is clearly meant for PvPers... What is wrong with you fanboys, jesus...

Wasn't the whole issue with Ranked Warzones that they weren't able to test them properly? shouldn't they have added it to the PTR by now and allowed testing for them? People were already waiting on Ranked Warzones for months when they were announced for 1.2 and now they've waited another month with no sign of them coming any time soon. What have PvPers really gotten since the release of this game? A terrible open world pvp zone which got scrapped and a new warzone? I mean it's been 5 months since release and we aren't even able to queue as an 8 man group and have to invite every back after every warzone? I really want to like this game but it is clear that PvP is a low priority for this game and the people that they do have on PvP have no idea what is going on.

Why would I want a life size version of a character that Bioware butchered? they made him such a awesome bad guy at the start and then destroyed him.

Deception does suck ***, in your OP you act like it doesn't.

Just because you think playing a broken spec makes you a ******, doesn't mean it is a good spec. Oh, and I can smash Warzone noobs as deception too so don't come up with the excuse "I do just fine in Warzones with it". Stop making it seem like everything is fine and dandy with the Deception spec, it needs a lot of work.

It looks like our PvE gear is Demon Hunter gear from Diablo 3 and our PvP gear looks like Witch Doctor gear.

If I try and stack willpower I can't obtain as much bonus damage if I just stack power.

I have no issue with people playing the spec because they love the playstyle, I have no problem with people making the best out of the spec they play but I don't understand people acting like these specs are terrible because a lack of skill... My guild plans on taking an Assassin to rateds, everyone in my guild thinks Assassins are extremely strong, some say overpowered. I can provide amazing utility for the group, I can run the ball really well, I can grip players, I can CC healers, I can do great dps and I can survive. I played 23/0/18 for quite a while before full darkness got buffed and I would have continued to play that spec if it didn't get destroyed. Also, who cares if you were the Darkness spec before people realized that it is the only truly viable PvP spec? Of course they are bad, the majority of players are terrible, it took marauders this long to realize how good their class is, previously they were all just crying about how terrible their class was. Stop being a Hipster.

It isn't a matter of a lack of skill. I played Deception from level 1, I played deception at 50 for a month, I refused to respec darkness because I loved the playstyle. Eventually I had to come to the realization that the spec just wasn't good, it isn't survivable enough and it does do enough burst damage to justify that. This isn't even a matter of the amount of damage you can do in a warzone. I can do more damage as Deception than Darkness, even though it isn't by a large amount and as Madness I can do crazy amounts of damage 700k+ in a long warzone. None of that matters when the damage you are doing isn't effective, you aren't supporting your team with guard and you don't have nearly as much utility. I mean people in my guild, including myself just laugh when we see a deception assassin, they can't do anything to you, they are extremely squishy and the damage they do is meaningless. Maybe this is an issue of learn to play, the people on your server need to learn to play and destroy deception and madness assassins without even a thought. You're the same people who think DPS Commandos and Mercs are overpowered classes because if you leave them alone they can do a ton of damage. Here's some advice, don't leave them alone and laugh at them while they can't do anything about it. Worthless classes.

People need to stop acting like Madness and Deception are good, viable specs. This video just shows the weaknesses of the madness specialization. He's sitting in a void star practically farming the other team, running around with a group on his team dpsing players. The only time he gets into a 1v1 situation he is left at no hp, or dead. The only time he was in a semi-1v2 situation he was left almost dead and kited around a retarded Jedi Shadow around a pillar while a sniper shot him. This is while he is not guarding any of his team mates and no ability to grip/spike out of stealth. This is nothing to be impressed with, Madness is nothing to be impressed with. I have no problem with Assassins playing Deception or Madness for fun because they like the playstyle but please don't act like these are viable specs in any competitive environment. Both these specs need a serious revamp and if you don't realize that then you don't understand the class.

Because running around dotting everyone is for pros? Why don't you actually be pro and wipe everyone at the door so they can't aoe the door and win the game like a boss?

You like that games are determined by who gets the better randoms? Is there something wrong with you? Well there clearly is since you would play Balance and take a DPS commando who gets easily shut down by any player with half a brain.

Maybe your guild is just bad and you killed a low health target?

Are you just using high willpower mods from battlemaster force-masters gear or pve? because I have no idea where to make up the willpower. Even if I stack high power mods and power surge enhancements I can't make up the damage bonus.

Three factions would have been really cool but it's already too late for that, especially with smugglers and bounty hunters on either faction. I thought they were called content patches? Isn't that what I'm paying monthly for? or do I not live in reality?

As Darkness, when a Deception assassin attacks me I laugh as he tries to tickle me to death while I easily and swiftly dispatch him. It isn't a matter of skill, they just can't do anything. All my guildmates know the minute they see the spinning lightsaber that there is an easy kill awaiting them. I wish Deception was good, I really do, I like the playstyle much more but it just isn't a viable spec, it isn't a matter of "doing it right". Yes, you can end up topping the damage meters, you can pick off bad players here and there but you can do the same damage as darkness, while doing 50k protection, gripping players. aoe slowing other players and defending objectives more easily.

Is that unbuffed? because you have a lot more willpower than I do and I don't even know where I could make up that willpower, I'm in full Battlemaster stalker gear. Also where do you drop 100 expertise?

So I shouldn't expect the content in the major content patch 1.2 to entertain me and keep me interested in the game? That's setting my expectations too high? I'm pretty sure that is the lowest possible expectations people can have of a major content patch for any major MMO. If that's setting my expectations too high, then you must have pretty low expectations of Bioware.
