agree completely.. i quit my shadow once i saw the blue fire. come on devs, i know this is star wars flavored WoW, but the effects really need to be toned down. best effect i've seen is the reposte proc. subtle.

Using the G700 too. I have the Razor Naga Epic, but didn't really like all the little buttons.

I like your idea. but probably won't happen.. does anyone else think companions should talk more on the ship instead of the stupid ship droid? we know some companions don't get along so it would be really cool to hear them bickering at each other - like companions in Baldur's Gate used to do, if anyone remembers that game.. ships are just waaaay too quiet right now. or even cooler would be cross companion interactions like between Qyzen and Bowdaar for example..

I agree. the companion lightsaber bug is really bothersome. it's gotten to the point where i won't use a lightsaber companion because it bugs me so much!

I wish the repair astromech that you can purchase for your ship sold crew-skill items. please bioware make it so!

Yes. this is what I do. I have strafe bound to my mouse buttons as well, so left hand is used for pressing keybinds on keyboard. works great!

Guess I'll go against the grain here.. I wouldn't mind seeing cosmetic changes only - hair, or make-up. I would rather not see major reconstruction surgery available unless you're at lvl 50 and willing to pay CC for it. I have about a thousand screen shots from my pug heroics/flashpoints that i've taken along the way from various characters and would really hate if the same characters i've grouped with are no longer the same race, sex, etc. EDIT: make choice matter to some degree. Otherwise, what's the point of playing this game?

Have to agree about the consular story line.. what a yawner. I'm at level 46 on it. Jedi Knight story is much better.. feels pretty heroic. I'm at level 49 Smuggler so far has been so so. I'm only at level 30 so hopefully it will pick up. Pretty fun game play though. I like it.

I play a type 2 female guardian for 3 main reasons. I find the male models and faces kinda cartoonish looking. I also dislike the male jedi knight voice - doesn't sound very heroic.. kinda boring. And lastly, most jedi that i've seen are slim monkish warrior types - not body builders or fatazzes.. although I do like the Type 4 for lols..

haha. good luck doing that without chat bubbles. I think if anyone saw you doing that they would either drive right by you oblivous to your role-play effort becuase they don't look at their chat boxes, or jump off their speeder and kill you if they're a PvPer - unless you rolled on a lame RP-PvE server.

Yah. Anyone else notice that most elites just drop credits now? When did that change? I'm just came back after leveling my first 50 sorc, and am now leveling a shadow, and have noticed that 95% of elites are just dropping creds.. pretty lame. Edit: didn't mean to sidetrack the OP. I just mention because seeing chests now sitting behind an elite is no longer a big attraction for me.

You must be leveling on dead servers then. I'll admit there is not much cross faction encounters on pvp servers at low level, but once you hit tatooine i have always encountered the bad guys in the "shared" part of the map that both factions run missions in. I think it's the greatest thing about pvp servers. It has been this way since day 1. As a shadow usually playing solo I regularly pick off the lone imperial. Occasionaly I get jumped too, but it's pretty hard to kill a shadow/assassin if they don't want to engage. I love the "danger" element of solo missioning and seeing red players about.

or.. just use shock/electrocute and step through mob, then MAUL. works nicely!

As a tank spec assassin I like Ashara. She does some decent dps and have never had a problem with any elites. Plus she's got a sexy a voice..

Yah, queue tines on Swiftsure are rediculous! I've rolled an alt on Wound in The Force (aka W T F) PvP server. Seems like a pretty good server as well. Haven't been on enough to gauge Canadian population yet..
