Hey I haven't been around since galactic starfighter and re-subbed this morning hoping to jump back in after patches applied but it's been stuck on 0% for hours now tryin to update. Tried posting in customer service and that didn't help at all. Any ideas would be appreciated !!! Thanks !!!

So I finally got around to finishing up my agent class story and while fighting the 2 sith lords after killing hunter the game just crashes. I restarted the game and when I logged back in my agent was dead and couldn't use a medical probe. I popped back up by the medical Droid by my ship and now the doors to get to the sith lords is locked... Can't abandon quest to restart...any ideas ??? Customer service Ticket didn't help at all. Thanks !!!
