I just did 3 vet flashpoints through group finder on 3 different alts and got the achievement. All you have to check for is that you are eligible for the daily reward.

It looks like it has to do more with neck armor elements than shoulderpads, I've had it happen on the Blade Savant armor that has no fancy shoulderness. Now try that hair bug while riding a speeder... gives a new meaning to hair blowing in the breeze -- it looks more like an alien creature clinging on for dear life. The bug might be tied to how this hair is less static than others, it does have some bounce and falls straight down when your head looks down (i.e. a smuggler or operative ducking behind cover) -- which would make sense seeing how horribly it glitches on some armors while on a speeder. Need to test it with that headbanging emote...

There are more bugs with the hairstyle -- with a human female body type 3 and some chest pieces like the Blade Savant Chestguard, hair flails and glitches all over the place as if some weird alien blob creature has decided to nest on your head.

This -- take a page from what Warhammer did right, viable pvp progression from lvl 1 in bolstered RVR lakes. The layout of the planets would not be such a big issue -- just add another taxi route to an rvr lake...

It is not tied to the speed of DPS. I've had it happen randomly with the same group of people working with the same attack rotations.

Powertech, guarding an assassin. Changed guard in the middle of combat from the player to Khem Val. Khem Val dies, trying to switch guard after combat ended to the assassin failed with the "already guarded" message.

When Riposte is ready, you will notice a bright blue glow around your characters eyes (jedi) or a red glow for sith.
