  1. I don't know, I rather like the subtle manipulation of playing a light side inquisitor.
  2. It's also factoring the purchase price of Bioware itself, which certainly didn't come cheap.
  3. Bioware is not here to validate your own sexual insecurities.
  4. I take it you haven't played Skyrim yet.
  5. It's easier to assume that all missions have a bonus objective of "kill 30 dudes" I certainly prefer it to the old system of running back and forth to kill the guys, then having to get back to the quest giver only to be told to get back there and kill the slightly larger guy.
  6. It kinda sucks, but at least by then you have a speeder.
  7. Agreed, hood+mask needs to be in. It was obviously intended, as there are tons of screenshots of it.
  8. GET THE HELL OUT OF MY WAY!!! No, I don't want to talk to you, I want to click on the friggin objective before- ...Oh look, that other guy got it. THANKS A LOT KHEM.
  9. They're literally standing right in front of you as you exit the shuttle bay.
  10. Every attack that is launched at you has a chance to be deflected. It's automatically calculated based on your stats and level. There's no way to control it manually.
  11. Right clicking on a target activates hotbar slot 1. Remap your basic attack to hotbar 1 and your problem should be solved.
  12. You would pretty much need to upgrade every single piece of hardware in the computer, as well as the OS.
  13. Or this. lol I don't have Windows 7, so all I know is SWTOR, which will take up almost half of that SSD.
  14. I believe so, yes. There isn't much room left over, though.
  15. Let's not forget "You have my COMPLETE undivided attention." It's kind of a shame, but considering the sheer volume of voicework in this game, I'm not surprised that this happened.
  16. What's the wattage on your power supply?
  17. There are so many screenshots of Sith with masks and hoods that it's honestly absurd that they removed this feature. Clipping be damned, Revan looks like a shaved monkey!
  18. Varric was one of the only things that made DA2 bearable. As such, I adore my trooper.
  19. I've always been drawn to the villains, especially the morally justified ones. Perhaps it's because I'm an actor, but it's always been way more fun and interesting to get inside the head of a bad guy as opposed to a good guy. With a protagonist you really just need to have a good moral compass and that's it. You need so much more depth to play a convincing antagonist. That said, I find the Empire to be ALMOST comically evil at times. Bioware did a great job of writing for the Empire and making their government "work." I think their experience with writing Dragon Age's Tevinter Imperium worked out well here, and the Sith seem about right for a society ruled by magical demigods. Still, I wish rank and file citizens wouldn't praise dark side decisions so much.
  20. Outleveling a zone in this game doesn't seem quite as detrimental to the overall challenge and experience of the game as it does in "that other MMO." I outleveled the last heroic 4 on Dromund Kaas and it was still VERY tough to solo at 19. You can't just mow stuff down like so many blades of grass, and I like that.
  21. So many little things make this game stand out. Like miniature platforming puzzles in order to reach a datacron, or looking up into the sky of Korriban and seeing Sith battlecruisers hanging in low orbit. Even subtleties in character animations, like how your character rolls when taking fall damage or how hair animates really stand out in my mind.
  22. 1. Set graphics preset to HIGH 2. Turn off shadows. 3. Enjoy! I don't know why this works, but it's helped out a good number of people having trouble with indoor FPS. Also, if this doesn't work, try setting the graphics preset to high, then low, THEN turn shadows off. The game engine is just weird like that. Take solace in the fact that it's not your computer.
  23. If you're not in yet, then you don't have a game experience to ruin.
  24. Good news everyone! You're reading this in the voice of Professor Farnsworth!
