  1. Yes, it's happening to my Shatek Relic of Boundless Ages, Mk-19
  2. If you wear anything except your legacy's highest ilevel stuff (in every slot) you are forfeiting gear upgrades though, aren't you? I am coming back after a long time away, so please correct me if I'm wrong.
  3. The ticket I submitted on December 17, reporting in-game fraud, went unanswered for 3 weeks and then just vanished without a trace.
  4. Or you could just have your alts wear the same 306 gear as your main character.
  5. I've done Onslaught 16 times (8 advanced classes in both factions). The leveling content itself was good and alt-friendly. It had a good (short) length and no real dead spots, grindy quests or places you would get to and go "ugh, not this". I felt the story was completely idiotic, though. The Republic doesn't have enough fuel to get its fleet to Corellia? Lolwut? Look at the galaxy map - both of the "refueling stations" are farther from Corellia than Republic Fleet itself is on the map! Corellia is right. next. door. to the Republic fleet base. So dumb...
  6. To appease people, wouldn't the simplest fix on BioWare's side simply be to equalize the loot, so that the boss of Kuat drops more? Or else add a loot chest after each scenario is completed.
  7. I was in a tough run earlier tonight. For the first 4-5 pulls, it was very difficult to get him out of cover/sniper mode. This despite having my Shadow attacking him from behind in melee for extended periods of time. In those unsuccessful pulls, he did eventually leave cover and start taking damage, but we had people dead by then and couldn't push him to the final (upstairs) phase before wiping. On the final (successful) pull, he came out of cover relatively quickly, and it was like night and day. The thing is, I have no idea what we did differently to make that happen.
  8. It seems best to view the patch notes as forward-looking, aspirational statements rather than any sort of commitment to actually fix a given bug by a date certain...
  9. I've had several variations of this problem. T7-01 attacked me once, but I was already put in combat in Odessan by some other, unknown attacker I couldn't see. That happened while running from Aygo's area to the central area of the lower level where T7-01 is. Killing T7-01 did not get me out of combat. In a couple cases, it looked like I was being shot from under the floor. The shots either all miss, or almost all miss. This has happened in Sana Rae's area and Oggugrob's area. The combat log looks like this (Alaysi is my character): [02:15:05.758] [@Alaysi] [@Alaysi] [] [Event {836045448945472}: EnterCombat {836045448945489}] (Odessen) [02:15:05.760] [@Alaysi] [@Alaysi] [sprint {810670782152704}] [RemoveEffect {836045448945478}: Sprint {810670782152704}] () [02:15:07.931] [] [@Alaysi] [Melee Attack {813445331025920}] [ApplyEffect {836045448945477}: Damage {836045448945501}] (0 -miss {836045448945502}) <1> [02:15:07.932] [] [@Alaysi] [Melee Attack {813445331025920}] [ApplyEffect {836045448945477}: Damage {836045448945501}] (0 -miss {836045448945502}) <1> [02:15:10.434] [] [@Alaysi] [Melee Attack {813445331025920}] [ApplyEffect {836045448945477}: Damage {836045448945501}] (0 -miss {836045448945502}) <1> (continues indefinitely) The rate of attacks is enormous, about 5-10 per second. I cannot select/target the attacker. If I use /stuck to die and revive, I often get put back in combat in the same areas.
  10. There is no "cap" - Defense rating always reduces your damage taken.
  11. I tested the armor boost, because the in-game behavior and discussion in this thread confused me. The Utility does increase your armor rating by the advertised amount. However the character sheet does not seem to update to reflect the gain or removal of the bonus until you relog or pass through a load screen. It's unclear whether this is just a display problem, or whether the actual bonus isn't applied/removed immediately.
  12. I've played all three tanks and I don't think there's a lot of difference in tank stuff for soloing or anything but the highest difficulty of group content (if then). But Shadow/Assassin stealth gives that spec a whole added dimension for soloing ease. There is the obvious ability to bypass trash packs by sneaking past them, and the less obvious, but also useful ability to use Force Cloak as a reset button if you are trying to solo something that is actually difficult (certain fights in Veteran KotET chapters, for instance).
  13. Since the community drones couldn't find it in their hearts to provide any information, or even apologize, we don't know why it was done.
