From what I read, the only conclusion I draw, Bioware does not know make a PVP game. I was when I was 30-54, I thought the same thing now.

For me the point is in the "amount of habiliades" and "skill points". The booster, for me, is useless. For what I want if a level 59 has a million ways to stum me. xD

This will always be so? or is it a bug? It seems very unfair, there is much difference in skills. Another way, there are many who already has 55 pvp gear. As is assumed that a level 30 fight against that? For a while I thought I cancel my subscription and the people of Bio only thing it does is worsen the game. That does not help!
