I know it's probably not possible but the question was "what would you like to see in swtor in the future?" If you start a new JK or JC for example, their training is almost complete so that JK could have been trained in using a double-bladed saber for example. Couldn't it be possible if they make you select the weapon type at character creation: So you choose class, gender, race, weapon type and then the game would load the animation set linked to that weapon for that character. But I know it won't happen

Most of the things I'd like to see in the future have been mentioned: More class story, more interactions with companions,.. i'd also like to see a solo version of the dread masters ops since that story started with solo quests. What I would also like to see are less weapon restrictions. Why wouldn't a JK be be able to use a doublebladed lightsaber? Why can't a BH use a blaster rifle or even an assault cannon, same for smuggler or IA.

True but it would generate just as much hype not saying exactly who the returning companion is and just saying "play the next chapter and see who returns"

Whichever companion returns, I hope that, for once, they don't spoil it in their patch notes, previews or in the launcher like all the other previous times a comp returned.

Not sure where else to post this but I have a suggestion for a QoL issue, not in game but with the subscription page. I changed credit cards so i wanted to update my subscription. So i added the new card before deleting the old one but there's no (obvious) option to just change the subscription to use the new card. In the end I had to cancel and then buy a new recurring subscription with the new card. Surely this could be made a lot easier... This has been an issue for years when i did a search on the forums.

Thanks for the update... I have a small QoL suggestion - Increase (finally) the max number of missions in the log to 35 or 40 or something.

My thought on this is that most of the Alliance members are now loyal to the Alliance and maybe even more specifically to The Commander so not many would go back to fight for the Republic or Empire. On a side note, I wish BW wouldn't actually name which companions are returning in their communications. I would prefer being surprised. They also did this in the Kotfe chapters, even depicting them in the launcher. Where's the surprise? Where's the mystery? lol

Maybe a bit off topic but does it work the same with the story chapters? Does it give more cxp when you start the chapter from the GC central? It would be a bit annoying with the autostart of the next chapter. Then I would have to use esc to quit the chapter and relaunch from the GC...

Well since the Alliance is basically the Inquisition from DAI what may happen now is what started in the "trespasser" dlc...ie the empire (Orlais) and the Republic (Ferelden) will now try to end or control the Alliance and demand you stand down your forces as they are longer needed since Zakuul is defeated. I'm really curious how they will continue with the story too though

If they only bring them back without any new story elements (cutscenes, dialogues, quests...) what is the point? To do it properly, they would have to create 2 stories for every love interest like 1 for Kira with the JK and one for the other classes,then the same again for Mako and the BH and other classes and so on and so on for all love interests..I don't think that will happen (would love to be wrong though) . They could even kill of a few others...Satele admits to sending plenty of Jedi to their deaths fighting against Zakuul. It makes sense Kira would have been sent to fight them so she could have fallen in battle or DS Jaesa who probably would have been fighting against Zakuul as well. I just hope that the ones that do come back have some content to them other than just an alert or a story chapter

The vast majority of players never post on the forums or reddit or Facebook or wherever. They log in, play the game and that's it. They might google some stuff if they are stuck or looking for info. They might even click on some links in the launcher. So even if everyone on the forums would agree that kotfe sucked, that would still be a minority of the playerbase.

Who says every single companion will return anyways? Some might not and it wouldn't bother me too much. I'd prefer some more interactions with the ones we have than having an ever bigger list of companions
