How many copies of WOW have been bought? I would not be surprised if the number is around 25 million. This is the life of each and every MMO and any video game for that matter. They are the next great thing for 2 or 3 months and then on to the next great thing.

Taiwan is not part of China. Bioware on multiple occasions has stated that they only region blocked sales of the game, not access to it. If you are being blocked access to the game it is on your ISP end and it is most likely Chinese Government rules. Heck do they even let Star Wars and Star Trek the movies to play. I know for a long time they were banned because of there subject mater ( I know Star Trek was because of its support that Time Travel was possible)

Now fleet can have and have seen more than 20 people on the screen at the same time. No rendering issues no FPS drops. NOW of course no one is firing off abilities which need to be independently rendered. That is were graphic cards are straining and issues with coding in the game engine are apparent. Going to fraps stuff today when I get off work on Ilum and see what happens. (first time fraps so could take me a bit) Any 50's on Ilum, if you see a 34 level trooper running around just don't kill me with a smile on your face. It's all in the name of science.

thanks for the info. The more the better. I personally trying to get a better grasp of the FPS issues. I have none as far as my experience but some are and I would like to know why. I don't think it is all the game itself otherwise everyone would be having FPS issues. Going to play around with it tonight (going to Ilum to get pwnd just to see at what FPS I get pwnd at.

I am not having any issues. I have seen people post specs with issue with Nvidia cards as well but I agree with you that ATI cards seem to have a large share of the issues with this game. I have also seen a lot of system specs with OCed CPUs having issues.

have you run Prime95 on your OC? What is your CPU temps running at?

I have no issues 110 FPS almost everywhere (have not gone to illum so don't ask) 2500k (no overclock) 8 gigs of ddr3 1600 geforce 560 296 drivers windows 7 64 bit SATA 3 500 gig HD Warzones are around 50 or 60 FPS I have a tough time understanding that the game is at fault when I have no issues. If it was coding then would not everyone being having issues regardless of hardware. Not denying people have FPS issues, but how is it that I can have great FPS but the person next to me with even better system specs has sub 30 FPS?

What doe you have running in the background? Other programs installed or a virgin install of windows? Driver version? Bandwidth usage (other programs moving bits down your internet connection)? You could have a big block motor in your truck but if you have a a load of 200 tons for freight behind it, you are not going to move very quickly.

It would be great if Legacy points and by option Legacy name should account wide. Bonus points for legacy should be gain when rolling on underpopulated servers. Bonus points can only be gained once toon is up to level 50 (to prevent people from just starting new toons and leaving them to rot.)

People scream for server mergers until when they happen and they have to change the name and/or legacy name because some one on the other server has it and picked it up 2 seconds before them. A whole new level of QQ will be unleashed upon the forums when that day happens. free server transfers to underpopulated servers should be the first step, not all out server mergers. Another unique solution to this game for underpopulated servers would be to allow Legacy points (optional on the names) to be account wide not just server wide.

Seems the PTS is missing from the server list.

I bet they are looking into it had crafting a carefully word response because if they don't and something goes wrong the wolves with jump down there throats. Obviously a sever side update went wrong and they may want to find out the problem and solution before just saying, we are aware of the problem and fixing it. People just need to relax.
