  1. No, this was a great 1 player game, but not worth paying a subscription in its current state.
  2. There is by far plenty of End Game content in this game. The issue is that the content is fairly easy, and the loot is far too easy to get. BioWare doesn't seem to get what holds people to an MMO, beyond having friends who play, is needing the feeling of wanting to accomplish something. Loot is given away far too freely. HM FPs should not give Columi, they should have their own set of original graphic loot, then Columi from EZ raids, HM should get Rakata, and a new teir of Gear should be in place for Nightmare. The bugs need to be worked out of the encounters, and Bioware needs to figure out how to add fight mechanics to Bosses instead of thinking adding fast Enrage timers and Harder hits = Hard Mode. Yes Technically its harder i guess, but it doesn't hold the excitement value any longer, just feels like you are doing the EZ mode all over again. Also, spicing up the variety of armor graphics would be super, everyone starts to look alike at 50, its really not all that exciting. Thanks!
  3. My simple answer for you, is BW did a truly awful job at itemizing the end game.
  4. I agree 100% that this fight (and lets face it, FPs + Ops in general) need some serious work. They are filled with bugs. To the people having issues with Soa, we have found that if everyone zones out after a failed attempt and have the leader reset all active flashpoints under group, down bottom left when you left click your own picture, then have people zone back in , it should lower your chances at a bugged encounter the next fight (I strongly suggest doing this each time you fail until BW decides to concentrate on pve end game over its lost cause of ilum pvp.)
  5. Yea, sadly they need to change the looting options, or at least add more. There is absolutely no reason why someone with 3 of the same piece (pattern) gets awarded yet another piece, while someone who hasn't gotten one yet is awarded nothing. Even the HM / NM loot sounds tedious. Why would you not have the ability for the leader of your raid to check the loot then individually distribute the loot to each player who has been selected to receive said loot by the leader, officers, or both of your guild via a drop down list of the players currently in your Operation. (not every guild wants to roll on items) Also allow us to bring in others from our guild to get loot should the people who are currently on the Op not need the piece(s) that dropped. thus it isn't wasted and the guilds work still pays off. Thanks!
  6. Servers definitely need some merger action. Standing around for over an hour looking for people to do a 4 man instance is silly. Also, an advanced LFG tool would help.
  7. Its really quite simple. Remove the security Chests entirely, so difficult..
  8. There is really plenty of end game content. The problem is Bioware has decided that it is better to give everyone the same quality gear regardless of the difficulty of what you are doing. Thus HM FPs drop the same gear as Easy Operations. If you run HMs daily like I did, then you most likely have most, if not all of your Columi Armor set before you ever step foot into an Operation, thus making Operations almost pointless. No BW, raids are not just for the enjoyment of killing things. If we aren't being rewarded for our effort, then why put the effort in, in the first place. Bioware doesn't understand what keeps people playing a game after they reach max level. People need to have a goal. If you feel like you already have everything, or have done everything, then the game loses interest and appeal. Also, the fact that they seem to want to resist merging servers for a population boost (which is desperately needed at this point) and haven't placed a suitable LFG tool in the game yet is really getting quite sad. People spend more time shouting in frustration looking for groups than actually grouping.
  9. Does it matter? personally I would have rather seen them removed fully than watch the farmers sit in front of them all day long (lvl11-lvl 32 characters on Corellia and Ilum) all day long, then bust out their speed hacks to collect as many as possible, then sit for another 7 min..
  10. It seems to me that this game already has the endgame content that would keep people happy if they did a few things. 1) Fix the bugs 2) rework itemization - yes, it is nice to give casual players the ability to get nice gear, but don't offer them the exact same quality gear / items as raid loot. As it stands now, most of the raid gear goes to the vendor or to companions. FPs should have a couple original looking sets for people to try for. Operations should have its own set of higher end gear with its own original looks, and HM + NM ops should each get their own sets of higher end gear based upon the difficulty of the zone/encounter. 3) allow the distribution of loot to be a player decided, not random game choice. 4) give us a true LFG tool (yes, this is probably already in the process of being developed) 5) Switch Schematics so more of them make Bind on Equip, not Bind on Acquire. Essentially make it harder to obtain loot, (people like to feel like they are working toward something, if you give them everything really fast, they get the feeling of nothing left to do) make many many more variations in Armor graphics and/or add Visual Appearance slots.
  11. No I will say that this game has had a smooth launch, and has great potential. That being said, It feels like Bioware missed what actually keeps people playing an MMO after they have played through the game to 50 on one character. Not everyone enjoys playing alts, some people like to play their Main Character, and want things to do with that character even when they reach max level to keep them entertained. Operations reset once a week, and drop the same gear that drops from single group Hardmode Flashpoints, which can be run once a day. Even though raiding is for enjoyment of killing harder mobs, people enjoy being rewarded with the chance of greater loot, right now there is no greater reward, nor much reason to do Ops beyond saying that you have done it. Itemization at end game is horrible. Once you get your set at 50 you will look just like everyone else. There is no variety, everyone is the exact same. Pvp, though occasionally fun, is just awful in this game (personal opinion) and doesn't hold my attention at all. Its all the same old crap from every other MMO, but with more bugs and more ability to chain snare, CC, stun locking till death than most games. Every, and I mean EVERY Hard mode Flashpoint and Operation need severe bug fixes.
  12. I would like to see a 10% increase to the tier 2 and tier 3 speeders, then an additional 20% increase to speeders that drop from Ops Bosses...
  13. You actually could have expanded this to encompass most of the Bosses in this game. Not only are they either a bug filled mess, or just a joke, the itemization off of them is sad and lacking. At this time, Raiding (Ops) are fairly pointless more than a couple times for chuckles due to the same loot dropping off the HM Single group instances (give HM instances their own loot tables) Not only that, but we give people who PvP free gear (picking up 30 armaments is boring, but still not work) that is practically equivalent to Columi gear. Its not really fun when you kill a boss and loot it, only to get a bunch of useless epic items that everyone already has better than just from running daily instances and running around ilum collecting armaments. Please Please Please, feel free to take some time and fix your HM FP + Raid encounters and most definitely PLEASE FIX YOUR LOOT TABLES! Thanks
