  1. Yeah, I guess I should've added in the frequency with which we run into these guilds. <BOSS> Frequency: I'm the tank for now, so I guess I always see us when we run. <Don't Panic> Frequency: I see you guys too much. It's like a love-hate relationship. <Intox> Frequency: We fought them a few times this week on Monday and Wednesday I think it was. <The Beatles> Frequency: Fought them once or twice last week. <Midian> Frequency: We fought them a few times on Monday or Wednesday this week, I think. Maybe it was during the weekend, I can't really remember. <Regstars> Frequency: Honestly, maybe I haven't seen them in 2 weeks. It seems like we last fought them 3 weeks ago. <GOML> Frequency: We fought them a couple times this week. On Monday, I think there were even a couple pug teams in queue. We ended up running some <BOSS> vs. <BOSS> scrimmage last night so I could get some more practice as tank hybrid (DM) spec on my Sin from around 10pm-11pm, but didn't see any other teams in queue. PS: If Nilin wants to wants to chat sometime to give me some tips/hints on his hybrid playstyle, I would greatly appreciate it. He seems to do really well with it and put out some nice pressure, while still managing not to die under focus fire.
  2. <BOSS> <Don't Panic> <Intox> <The Beatles> <Midian> <Regstars> <GOML> Those are the teams I've seen over the past couple weeks. We try to queue most nights between 9-11pm PST. I haven't seen the <Regstars> in a little bit though.
  3. Please see above. Also, the dates are slightly out of order when looking at my character stats.
  4. Good games last night <Regstars>. Hopefully more teams will start queuing up. I advertised in the PvP channel while we were both queuing, but nobody else bit. See you around. =)
  5. Bringing this suggestion back from the dead. Tired of fighting the same 4 republic players every night that run 2 hybrid healers Sorc and Operative, a VG in tank stance, and a smash Mara as 4 "DPS" according to the arena system. Not enough players queue on the republic side once it gets late, so they just run this group all night. I'm looking at you Vaniér (22/23/1) and Fusebox (22/0/24 or w/e spec you're running.). Allowing them to mix in with the Imperial groups would at least minimize this issue somewhat.
  6. I agree with the OP. Ranged classes can put out too much melee damage as well. PROOF:
  7. Toon(s) name(s): Zeroday, Elec-tric, Infrared Toon(s) class(es): Assassin, Sorcerer, Powertech Preferred spec(s): Deception, Madness, AP Comment(s): My Sorc and PT are a little undergeared. (PT moreso, since it just hit 55 on Saturday.) Still, I'm curious to see if I can beat anybody with them. Also, I like the idea of dueling on Ilum in the middle of that Gree pylon area.
  8. I think it would be a good addition. I don't see very many republic against me when I'm in the solo queue, so I would imagine the scenario you described is a fairly common occurrence.
  9. Can this even happen anymore? You realize that this is from 24 days ago, before they had fixed the relic bug that made you invulnerable. I can see it proc (white swirls) in the second video during both gas deaths. The first video you can't see the proc, but you only see Surprise-Fury at the very very end. I honestly haven't seen a stealth class successfully do this since the relic fix.
  10. Good games Waka. You're a tricky bastard, much respect.
  11. I retract my statements then. To be fair, I've never stepped foot into any operation in SWTOR, so I'm unfamiliar with the bosses and which the best one is to choose from for a baseline. Based on your sample, it appears that Madness and Infiltration DPS is completely fine, in-line with other similar ACs, requires no changes, and instead requires better play from those that participate in ops groups. The approach being taken in the OPs post sounds like it may be the best option in this case.
  12. Sounds good. My availability has the potential to be very weird as I'm expecting a new addition to my family this week or early next week. If things work out though, I'll make sure I'm around Fri/Sat night.
  13. Zeroday beats Fusebox 2-1. Good duels, I don't like fighting healers.
  14. The post I made earlier today covers a little bit of this: http://www.swtor.com/community/showpost.php?p=6710729&postcount=530 Granted, it's tied to a talent deep in the deception tree, so it wouldn't help out Darkness/Madness. Call me selfish.
  15. Start by using Ball Toss with a few friends for at least 20 minutes. I try to make sure everybody has one to kick err.. I mean throw before a real match. This helps build muscle, endurance, and burn fat at the same time. Then I hit up Outlaw's Den on Tatooine for some scrimmage games against my teammates. The bonus here is that you can also kill any spectators that come to watch. To practice my trap pulls, I'll usually visit Makeb and ask to duel unsuspecting citizens as they wander the area. Then I'll quickly Force Pull them near an edge and then Overload them right off the side of the floating islands while I laugh with glee. They never know what hit 'em. Finally, I go hit up my personal training dummy on my ship to practice my Spikes and Mauls. It's important not to forget to eat lots of Ice Scrabbler Jerky for protein and hop in a Kolto Tank after every good maiming.
  16. I managed to get a hold of Classicks on The Harbringer. He advised that his availability is spotty, so I'm just going to do my best to try and catch him online at some point between Fri-Mon. He is unavailable tonight and tomorrow due to his raiding schedule. Proof: http://i.imgur.com/W3PWZXa.jpg
  17. You'll just have to have faith. That being said, it looks like he may be far more active doing PvE on The Harbringer. I'll create an alt over there tonight and see if I can catch him that way as well.
  18. Screencap of an attempt to contact Fusebox/Classicks: http://i.imgur.com/ADwKa17.jpg
  19. Hey Fusebox/Classicks, I'm on most nights from ~8:00pm+. I'll try to check in on my low level republic alt throughout the week to try and catch you. Looking forward to our duel.
