  1. I had this happen on my Knight. Clicked on my holoterminal to be greeted with, . I already knew that was going to happen but, come one, that's just stupid. Why not just, "we need the help of the sexiest Knight ever"? That's even worse than the Warrior spoiler, since as a Sith you should expect to be killing your master at some point. Anything less would be bad form.
  2. Never is a long time. EA's management would monetize their grandmas if they thought people were looking to buy.
  3. I never said I was going to buy anything. I just said that suggesting playtime equates to earning something when, you know, actually earning things doesn't is a bit odd. What's wrong with letting someone with a life outside the game be, for example, competitive in warzones? Are the fry cooks and Walmart stock boys worried someone might end up on equal footing?
  4. I assure you that I do, in fact, earn my money. It takes a fairly twisted sense of reality to perceive playing a game as 'earning' something and actually working for a living as 'taking the easy way'.
  5. Lag is a problem. I don't see it being any worse in Huttball. It's just that your focus tends to be one someone doing something that makes the lag more noticeable. For instance, when a Jugg jumping to a friend/foe with the ball is effected by lag, everyone notices because their focus is (well, should be) on the ball. When the same Jugg lags jumping to someone on another map nobody is really paying attention. They're watching the person who's trying to cap a node (standing still). Trust me, when I play my Jugg I end up in all sorts of new and interesting places regardless of the map.
  6. Um, er, never played LOTRO but SWG had daily scheduled downtime for about the first three years.
  7. No, it's just lag. It happened three times at the exact same spot because what he was doing there is what creates the condition that leads to this (i.e. it didin't happen while he was tooling around mid because he wasn't force run-jumping from one level to another).
  8. No, it's just lag. The game is tremendously laggy, and things like this happen all the time. Try playing a class that can jump, you'll end up in new and interesting places all the time. Why? The thing you were jumping to wasn't where you thought it was because your client hasn't received correct/timely information from the server. Also known as: lag. When someone floats across the map at 10x speed, that's a cheat. When someone stutters in place for a few seconds, or appears to be lying down for no reason for a few seconds, and then they end up in a place they could have reached legitimately anyway, that's lag.
  9. Here's some ideas that don't cripple the tank classes: Focus the healer down (Guard isn't that powerful). AoE the healer and tank = dead tank. Knock the tank away from the healer and CC while your teammates kill the healer.
  10. Clearly the OP won't believe me, but this is clearly lag.
  11. Hey, great! This is what people said after 1.2, and two weeks later there were 70% fewer people on the fleet. I suggest you let people "lose your way to the best stuff" or you'll end up alone again. Edit - if the OP was talking about ranked warzones, maybe he should stick with unranked.
  12. Send your companion to fight the healer. Healer companions heal themselves when they are attacked.

This one time, my guild got a team of Operatives together and played warzones against the devs. Sorry about that.
