  1. Not sure if this has been answered or not so forgive me for asking: Once you complete the galactic season, do any of the dailies/weeklies completed afterwards have their xp go towards season 2? If not then what incentive do we have to continue the daily & weekly tasks if there is no rewards after completing the season?

  3. Hey everyone, sorry if this question has already been raised. Is there meant to be a cut-scene for the Carrick Station Penthouse? When you go there you have to hit the space bar then you get a blank screen before you load in to the stronghold. Is it a bug or still under development?
  4. I thought today's fix would have sorted the Daily PO: Rishi Daily Missions?? It still says 0/4 complete section x (Daily) missions so what's the deal with this one??
  5. OK what bright spark added the amplifier list to our character sheet without giving us an option of switching it off or disabling it? Will the DEVS please stop making unnecessary changes to our game and get back to fixing the bigger issues. As someone who subs I expect to have the option of turning off your additions to my displays if I want, so please stop altering our game with needless additions. We already had the option to click an icon to display the amplifiers, which popped up on a separate list.   6. I know this has probably been asked about before, but it is still a valid issue that annoys a lot of us out there. Title preview (in this case a stronghold, but planetary control titles are just as bad Please either add a close cross on top right-hand corner or reduce the timer for how long it stays open and displaying the title.
  7. need help: original post OK I need help please, since the update I got the 311 error when launching the game. I updated the launchpad by running the download file again, now it is stuck on "The launcher is being updated. please wait..." I have updated the launcher settings to include "bitraider_disable": true "bitraider_download_complete": {} "PatchingMode": "{ \"swtor\": \"SSN\" I have been trying to get hold of the launcher repair utility from http://cdn-patch.swtor.com/patch/LauncherRepairUtilityD2020.0.6.exe but this link does not work anymore, any devs available to help me fix this?

  11. Since the start of the Event: Rakghoul Resurgence I have noticed the dailies are not listed in the solo activities menu anymore. Is this a bug? I have found I need to travel to each location manually and use the terminal to get the dailies. The areas are not listed in the activities menu so cannot use the travel option there. Screenshot below
  12. I have just done this quest and yes it still needs to be improved. I agree to make the whole area instanced, the respawn timers are still too long and it's a pain if you get others down there at the same time. Can't be that difficult to add in an instance doorway at the entrance to the cave surely??

  14. Did a quick search and found this thread, I'm having the same issue, the modulated voice sounds terrible, like she's talking through a telephone. I hope the devs fix this issue so that when a helmet is hidden the modulated voice is switched to normal (fingers crossed they actually read this post) Did this and it's fixed, thank you
  15. Free Flight I know this has been suggested so many times before and Bioware's responses have always been it would be too big to impliment, but here's a few suggestions on how it could work. Each planet would have an instanced space area that you could load in to, similar to the space battle areas already in the game You launch your ship from the planet hangar as before The cut scene and loading screens do their stuff Now when you are in space you use your space map as before but it gives you 2 options, 1. pilot ship or 2 open space map Option 1: Pilot Ship... this would load up an instance map (maybe have a cool cut scene with your crew preparing for the upcoming battle) it would load your ship in on the 3rd person view (like in the rail system space missions) and it would allow you to fly around the immediate space in the planet system where you could run into smugglers, bandits other factional ships and you attack or have to flee and engage your hyper drive before your shields fail. You would also have to dodge asteroids, space debris etc. There could be the odd derelict ship floating in space that you can dock with, board and investigate to see if you can salvage anything from it (docking would be a cut scene) Investigating the ship would load an instanced mission (loads of possibilities here) Now if you fly too close to the edge of the map you would get a warning box appear saying 'Engage Hyper drive?' Yes would take you back to the system map selection screen, No would automatically steer your ship away from the edge of the map, ignoring the box would automatically stop your ship. Now if you want to land your ship again, fly towards the planet and as you get to the atmosphere of the planet there would be a cool cut scene showing you flying towards the spaceport, then the loading screen would do it's stuff and you appear in the spaceport docking bay. Going from free space flight to pvp, simple really... just have a docking station in space, you approach, dock then you get the pvp space screen appear and you go from there... Option 2: Open space map, as per normal hyperspace travel to other systems. With the space flight mechanics already in the game, this could be achieved by making the space area around planets just another instanced map you load in to (just like you load into the pvp space maps) the doorways and exits would be the planet, pvp docking bay and the edge of the map. Each planet system would need to have it's own instanced space area, but missions and bandits could vary from system to system, some friendly others not depending on what faction is in the area.
  16. How can you suck, the floor/wall templates are there already, it's just a click n select process after that with some basic move options thrown in... seriously is it a question of you can't be bothered rather than you suck?

I do no state that I have all the answers, this is just a suggestion.... a work in progress, something I wish BW would sort out once and for all.... below is one possible sub only way of implementing the system... Looking at the problem, the best way would be to make it for subscribers only and before anyone says it, if you go preferred each character would automatically get back their credits up to the credit cap limit then all remaining credits go to escrow: Sub Accounts Adding Character to Legacy Bank: allowing you to add your character to the bank (while logged into that character and standing at the legacy storage), then you choose how many credits you wish to deposit from your inventory credits into the legacy bank account. You would maintain your inventory credits that you earn and only credits you manually deposit into the legacy bank would add to the legacy account. So say I have 2350100 on one character 'Jedi John' and 4810500 on another 'Commando Chris', I could log into Jedi John and deposit 2000000 to the legacy bank leaving 350100 in his personal inventory. Then I could log into Commando Chris and deposit 4500000 which would leave him 310500 in his personal inventory. Now I would have 6500000 in my legacy bank which any of my characters could use when purchasing anything, the option to use credits or legacy bank would appear and by choosing legacy bank your purchase would automatically debit your legacy bank. Then when buying something you would have the option (similar to cartel coin/credit option) where you choose personal credits or legacy bank credits to pay for the item. eg: Bounty Hunter Bob wants to buy a speeder for 1500000 and only has 235000 in his own personal inventory, I click on the purchase button which brings up a pop up box showing my own personal credits and legacy bank credits of 6500000, I choose the legacy bank option which completes the purchase, debiting the legacy bank by 1500000 leaving a balance of 5000000. (this system is already in game for credit / cartel coin purchase options) This feature would be a sub only system which would give yet another option for f2p and preferred to sub an account.
  18. The credit cap would remain, once you reach your credit cap in your legacy bank all other credits would automatically get stored in Escrow (like I explained in my previous post)
  19. Nice idea, maybe adding a display cabinet with glass shelving would be an idea, then having different display layout options (shelf heights widths etc) to give the player plenty of options.
  20. If this was set up properly, then both your points wouldn't be a concern. 1. All toons on an account could have their credits automatically paid into the legacy bank and the credit balance would show in your inventory as a legacy total which can be used by any character on the account as if the total amount was in your characters inventory.... eg: when purchasing something from the GTN etc, the credits you spend would automatically be taken from your legacy bank (no need to withraw credits every time you want to buy something) 2. All F2P and Preferred players would have their credit limit for each character added to the total they can deposit, once they reach the limit then the credits get automatically transferred to Escrow. 3. All subscribers going from subbed to preferred would have anything over their total credit as a preferred player sent automatically to Escrow. 4. Any F2P or Preferred players who sub, automatically get their Escrow credits added to their total credits in their Legacy Bank. It's an easy solution really if it is set up properly... sorted
  21. all the boss drops used to be purple ones (heroics especially), now they are green drops or at best one blue drop which is a kick in the pants when you spend a while to complete a mission
  22. I would like to see showcases created there could be two types, Weapons and Armor cases. These would be framed glass cases to place on the floor and hang on the walls. Weapons Cases which hang on your stronghold wall where you can add your own weapons to display inside the case. The layout could have up to 6 weapons in two groups of 3 displayed horizontally or 4 weapons displayed vertically or two weapons in a cross formation. Armor Cases which displays on the floor would be a glass style case with a mannequin inside the case where you would place the pieces of armor. Both styles of cases would initially be placed in the stronghold, then you would exit the edit stronghold, click on the case which would bring up a drag n drop box to place the armor or weapons inside the case.
  23. Could you add a credit deposit,/withdraw facility to our legacy bank please or alternatively link all our characters so the credits shown in your inventory reflect the total credits across all of your characters on that server. It's such a pain to email credits back n forth between toons
  24. Currently we can only hold 25 missions in our logs, could we get an increase to say 50 missions please? When picking up heroic missions it'll be easier if we could grab more missions in one go to save all the travelling to and fro
  25. Since you can instantly go to your own Stronghold and from there you have the option of going instantly to the Fleet, it makes the Emergency Fleet Pass obsolete, so why is there still a cooldown timer? This should be removed now for instant travel or at the very least have the timer set for say 5 min cooldown
