Yeah, I had this problem during the Darth Jadus Fight as well, but i figured out a way around it. If you stand far enough back, you can send your companion in to initiate, and right when Darth Jadus starts attacking, switch your companion to passive and they should port right back over to you. You can then fight Jadus normally, as he will run out to you. A bit annoying, but it works. This does need to be fixed soon though, it was pretty aggravating when i had to do that 3 times...
