  1. for PVE this is what Ive come up with for the Infiltration tree, still kept 2 in KC and the 8 in balance for upheaval , sorry no pics 1 220 221 320 2110 122 322
  2. Ok 1st. This is poor reasoning and its thought process like this that anger the players and have resulted in what TOR has become. 2nd, MONTHS ago the quest rewards were data mined and posted on these very forums players gave feedback that said "I hope there are rewards for other classes" It would have been nice if you guys had read that thread and added rewards for ALL CLASSES!
  3. I play an Infiltration spec in PVE OPs and FPs. 1) How do others see it? They don't. It is looked at as a low DPS spec, and it seems to be played by so few you almost can not find information about it on sites that deconstruct all the mechanics of MMOs. Oh and the Devs see it as a solo ONLY spec...which I am upset about. 2) How do I see it? It is an ok spec, I can tell from playing and from parsing that its not that great. We lack any ability to close the gap, which means on a joust we have too much down time. once we unload in PvE we kind of just stand there waiting for regen/using our free ability before we can build up and unload again. Oh and I see stealth as nearly useless in endgame PVE because there is no synergy in our skill set
  4. I think if you are going to put 33 points in infiltration this would be a better use of points for PVE. Vigor and Misdirection do nothing for you in an OP/FP.
  5. For Infilitration spec in PVE OPs/FPS, which relics should I be looking to use, I am currently using the Matrix cube and the Campaign relic of boundless ages. Are those good or should I be looking at one of the proc Campaign relics?
  6. I am of the opinion that this needs to be done anyway with itemization redone from the ground up and mechanics tweaked if the game is supposed to last more then a year anyway.
  7. Its 5 levels more then I would have thought, but with the way the game works level 15 gives you access to everything but OPs, so it should be enough of a taste. Though as others have said, its only about 6-8 hours of play sooooo yeah not so great.
  8. If the game is still single player focused with 5 new solo class quests and 35 new solo planet quests. If itemization is still screwed up to the point where you get the last weapon you ever need at level 10. If crafting still has no use. If pvp is still broken with no world pvp(or what ever it is that the pvp peeps want). If space is still Rebel Assault. If fight mechanics are still bad. Then nope, the new content will not be enough. Also there is no word on how spread out that content is, is that all 1.4? is that 1.3-1.7?
  9. Add in the ability to store credits so they can be passed to alts and I would be all over it
  10. I'd like to know this as well, or even how to transfer a whole account to another server when the time comes.
  11. If success is being measured as making enough money to keep the game running, then Vanguard: Saga of Heroes is a success.
  12. Because only people of your own faction should be able to call you racial slurs and question you and your mothers sexuality. Also if the argument has to do with cheating in PvP, then why not limit it to only PvP servers?

  14. EQ2 VERY much had gearchecks/gated content. At least from release though SF. To the anti-check people, do you also get angry at restaurants with dress codes when you are not dressed properly or at amusement parks with signs that say you must be _____ tall to ride and you are too short? It is the same argument, if X is designed for people with Y gear there should be a way to make sure you have Y gear before you go do that content. You all talk about fun, do you call wiping over and over getting no gear and waiting your time fun? 'Cause that is what you are saying.
  15. Both. People expected a game that would have all the best features from MMOs that have track records for success. Oh and some also thought SWG2 and that sandbox is the best...which explains why only 3 games ever tried it and 2 still exist and in theory only one of them is REALLY a sandbox. BW had no idea *** they were doing, and seemed to have really poor leadership. There are many systems all that interact with each other and they all have issues mostly steaming from the fact that no one seemed to understand how these systems would interact.
